Facebook sends a lot unwanted sponsored posting that I really don't want to see. Once you mistakenly click on advertisement, then it showing you thousands of that similar, even if you already purchased that service. I thought this social media is for social communication, community relationship building platform, rather, it is now a hotchpotch business center. So much disappointing!

I ordered an ASUS ROG laptop (£1350) for my nephew, who is an international student, but unfortunately, it turned out to be faulty. During the initial setup, it prompted for a system update, and during this update, the screen froze and became unresponsive. We contacted ASUS support but received no response, so we decided to purchase another laptop from them (same model) as my Nephew wanted it to complete his Uni assignment, again costing £1350. We also submitted a request to return the faulty laptop.For the past 12 days, we’ve been repeatedly told that a request has been sent to the warehouse to arrange a collection, but there has been no progress. My money remains tied up with ASUS until the laptop is collected and refunded.After reading multiple reviews, I realize that others have experienced similar issues. I only wish I had seen these reviews before placing my order.There is no complaint number or accessible senior staff to address our concerns. I strongly advise others to reconsider before ordering from ASUS, to avoid going through what we have experienced.I am also copying my email chain to them here so you guys can see the proof. The worst products out there, really slow even after optimizating and housekeeping, it can't even run most YouTube videos well, especially on 1440p, even most phones can run games better than this.I even upgraded this machine with $7000 of equipment and it's still half-assed. Kind of impressive how they can make something this terrible. I even asked a technician if the upgrading was good and he said it was incredible. Don't waste your money on thisPiece of shit.
