So happy with service aol provided. regular updates on delivery and two very professional and pleasant guys who fitted my dishwasher. All my cupboards are lined up perfectly. Would have taken us days to achieve the same result. Would certainly shop with them again.

Review of teachable
After using teachable for a year, We errantly decided to switch to their own payment processor. Despite claiming that they use their own set up with stripe , as soon as we switched we suddenly stopped being paid for money we generated! With 5 thousand dollars in sales in May, we still haven't been paid and today it's the 25th of June. First, teachable states we didn't fill out a W9 so they could hold our money. Then they have stated that they received the W9, but we will be paid through their weekly payment schedule which was last Thursday. a week later, and we still haven't received any money. They also now state that they hold 10% of funds for "fraud protection". I have sent 3 queries to teachable, each time they escalate the problem to their finance team but still we have no money in our bank. Totally unacceptable!
Review of squarespace
Very easy to use, attractive templates which you are able to change the images etc, customer service has no phone, they use email, I needed to receive a refund as I did not initially apply my edu discount. They responded within 24 hours and was very informative, they responded immediately after each email and was able to help me resolve my issue, my refund has been issued back to my account as promised. The only improvement I would advise is maybe update the fonts available and maybe provide some sort of support phone line or live mentors. Otherwise I would definitely recommend square space.

No idea why this has so many bad reviews. Have been using the free 50gb for years. Now on a paid plan. If you're stupid enough to forget your password without backing up your recovery key, that's your fault. This is advertised as secure storage and that's what it is. Speeds are fantastic and sync client works flawlessly. Highly recommended, beats dropbox and google drive hands down.
Review of hotels
No problems for years and then all of a sudden, I cancel a hotel within the allotted time frame and I still get charged. Their response was "it was up to the hotel to do so." Very upset-- no warning that I was going to be charged for two nights!
Review of hotels
Horrific experience. We booked an expensive holiday and my wife had to have emergency c section a week before the holiday. I asked if we could move the booking and after hotels.com said they would attempt to assist.Couple of days past and all I got was an email to say we couldn't contact the hotel and cannot arrange your refund.1 - Did they try and call the main number as every hotel has a reception and bookings team2 - I didn't ask for a refund, I asked to change the date for the future due to a medical emergency.I won't be using hotels.com again.

Review of dell
If I could give minus reviews, I would! Dell makes terrible laptops. I purchased a Dell Inspiron laptop on October 2019. By January 2020, the hinge started falling apart. As a busy single mom, I was dreading sending the laptop in, I called their customer service multiple times and after hours of being on hold with no solution, they told me that because of the pandemic the repair center was closed. I do empathize with their support staff located in India as communication is very difficult, but I had spent $1,400 on a computer that stopped working after a few months. They said I should I decided to go to Best Buy where I purchased the laptop. Best Buy said it would be $900 to fix it and that the warranty didn’t cover the damage. Do yourself a favor and NEVER buy a Dell product.

Review of bankrate
I contacted several of the lenders that, according to Bankrate, offer low rates combined with low origination fees. What I discovered is that lenders do not actually offer the terms that are displayed on bankrate.com. This is unethical. I suspect that Bankrate and the lenders that use them are both fully aware of this. You might be able to get the rate that is shown but paying a higher origination fee than what is shown for that rate, and you might be able to the lower origination fee but with a higher rate than what is shown for that origination fee. But not both, and in my case when I decided to contact TOMO, I learned that the low rate that was advertised was not a rate they actually offered regardless of origination fee. The TOMO representative waltzed around this and tried to make it seem that it was something that Bankrate did that TOMO didn't have any control over. But it was very apparent that he was lying. At the very least the lenders are able to manipulate the rate that appears on Bankrate, possibly by reporting loans that aren't real, and in all likelihood Bankrate knows that this occurs and looks the other way. Since the primary purpose of the site is for comparing rates and since the data isn't reliable and is being manipulated by the lenders, Bankrate serves no useful purpose whatsoever so far as I'm concerned. The only thing it is likely useful for is for filling up your email inbox and your phone messages with spam that you will not be able to stop. It is a great, great mistake to give Bankrate your phone number or your email address. Don't do it. You'll regret it.

I asked a manager at TS why her cracked corn was $12+ per bag when TS the next county over had it for $8+. To which her reply was “Well they have a Rural King store next to them so they have to be more competitive”. So I replied, “I see, so because your customers have no options you can go ahead and screw them out of an extra 33%”….Her only reply to that was a stupid look….Since we all know TS selling at $8+ isn’t going to be taking a loss, then we know there is no reason TS selling for $12+ can’t sell for the same price! Shame on you TS for taking advantage of customers because you can. I won’t be going back to either TS, I will just take my business on down to the Rural King your manager so graciously mentioned.
