I am a new business and thumbtack has an outrageous fee for messaging potential clients. I was not hired (or even received responses in most cases!) and got charged at rates I cannot afford. I submitted to be refunded but was denied, even after I explained to customer service that I am a business in a deficit receiving no income! Will never use again. Beware to pros who are considering to signing up!

I'm getting so mad with Temu. I've been e-mailing with them back and forth since may 25 for a return package.The return was delivered on june 4 and since then I've lost count how many e-mails I've sent and how many chats I started.It's always the same:Sorry for the inconvenience. I will accelerate this / I will involve my manager / I'm your personal dedicated support agent. Then they forward it to after sales which, every time, starts with "we haven't received your package please send it and give us the return label".I've started every conversation with the return label, it shows that it's delivered on june 4 and signed by TEMU. I don't know what their problem is but I know this is the last time I bought here.

Placed an order for three books at the beginning of April, two weeks later had not had any updates, contacted customer support who took a week to get back to me. They said they can re-send the order so I waited again for this replacement order but again - no progress past the order confirmed stage so after contacting their customer support once more I am left waiting for a refund. Tl:dr; don’t order directly from their website as the only thing you will be receiving is frustration and disappointment.

We’ve used Get Your Guide (GYG) many times in the past, but unfortunately this recent experience has left me feeling incredibly disappointed and I vow to never use this service again, and I would strongly recommend that others avoid at all costs too. Please see below for more details about my experience and the complete lack of support provided by GYG.An activity provider in Rome named ‘Follow The World’ is listed as offering skip-the-queue visit to Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel (not a guided tour). We booked and paid for tickets in advance costing £116 for 2 tickets. On the day of the activity, I received a WhatsApp message less than 90 mins before the beginning of the activity advising that the provider could no longer source our tickets as it was ‘too busy’, but we could still attend the activity via queuing and with a guide, if not our tickets would be cancelled. We politely declined to attend with a guide and a queue as this isn’t what we paid for, and we asked for further confirmation of whether this meant we could no longer attend the activity without a guide. At no point was a deduction in cost offered given the change of activity. No explanation or confirmation was given, our tickets were cancelled and upon asking why the tickets were cancelled, I was blocked on WhatsApp. I’ve scrutinised the reviews of this activity provider on GYG to find that I am not the first person this has happened to, in fact I’m one of many and this activity provider is operating under more than 1 name. Finding this information, I contacted GYG to inform them of a very likely scam artist using their site to operate and advertise themselves. The response from GYG was less than satisfactory, despite all the evidence I provided they could not guarantee that the provider would be removed from their site. This leaves others at risk of being scammed or severely disappointed when their activity is cancelled. I will admit I absolutely should have read the reviews of this activity provider myself before booking the activity, but between moving home in the last 30 days and other life events, I felt GYG was a trustworthy site to use without reading reviews. How wrong I was. Ps. The other name this activity provider is operating under is ‘ancient Roman tours SRL’. Please be vigilant.

Awful just awful, I recently got a new phone with a new number and now can’t access my mail as the recovery number is my old number, the only way round it is to call some PREMIUM number!?!?!?!? Utter joke of a company what a way to treat long term users of yahoo (16 years now). Anyway just created a new email with gmail, bye bye yahoo and good riddance.
