Order was meant to come next day. 3 days laters I get a prompt on the app to “get a refund now” because the item is lost. when I press the prompt it takes to me to customer service and they say I have to wait two weeks before I can ask for a refund.

I was charged $47.99 for a plan I didn't use in April. When I contacted them via chat they said they would refund me. This still hasn't happened. Now I can't seem to contact them via chat or any other way at all! I have a reference number for my refund request so have now disputed this transaction through my Credit Card. It seems it is the only way to call this terrible company to account. My advice. Don't start a free trial - you'll never get out of it!!

Be careful signing up for Hootsuite under your social media accounts. When you sign up with your social media, the system automatically generates a random email for you that you won’t know about. If you are doing a 30 day free trial especially do not make this mistake. 30 days is a long time to forget, on top of that all the reminders to cancel your payment will be sent to your anonymous email that the system sets up with your social media account. If you do a 30 day free trial stay on top of it, also read the fine print, it says $29 a month paid annually. Meaning they will be charging you $348 when your trial is over not $29. There’s a lot of hidden things that can cost you a lot of money. PayPal also charges you $32 return fees if there is not enough money in your PayPal account. Also do not add more than 3 social media accounts to your Hootsuite or it will charge you for a full plan. I had to go through a lot of loops to get this resolved so be careful!

CMS do no care about the person paying, they will take the word of the receiving parent over evidence from the paying parent. The benefit system sees way too many people abusing it, such as having working partners living in the same house while claiming HB and such. So much more is on offer for workshy people than the actual people who work low paying jobs. If you're on benefits or rich then the UK Gov will 100% back you and keep giving you free stuff.

PARENTS BEWARE OF FAMILY PLAN--just found out there is a glitch with the family plan's "block explicit coontent" feature. No matter what plan you have, anyone can type various punctuation into the search bar, like ",," for example....and all kinds of pornographic material comes up (with explicit pictures). And the family plan does not block this. Kids can then go on to listen to the audio as well, and spotify's block feature doesn't block it at all!! When I went to the customer service message chat, they just gave me an automated bot answer and kept switching me from person to person.....and they refused to refund the 2 months I had just paid for my family plan subscription (even though Spotify did not provide the trusted service we signed up for). We have since changed streaming services!

The service with Amazon is generally good. However their customer service tends to not be so helpful some time. I was just left on hold indefinitely without an answer with the customer service. There's $800 today I will be spending some place else. And from now on I'm going to look for local sources.

Loaded copy of current address and ever since then i am unable to sell or buy crypto via the crypto.com app. Each time I try to buy or sell Crypto I get the message 'You do not have access to this feature as your account is Verified' , Contacted support they do not know what the problem is. Asked me to uninstall app and reinstall app. They asked me to use Wifi and internet on phone , still not success .They asked me to clear cache on phone , still no luck. I have done everything asked of me then crypto.com stopped communicating for over 24 hrs and i am chasing them again but still got no reply.
