Requested by Crypto.com app to update current address. Loaded copy of current address and ever since then i am unable to sell or buy crypto via the crypto.com app. Each time I try to buy or sell Crypto I get the message 'You do not have access to this feature as your account is Verified' , Contacted support they do not know what the problem is. Asked me to uninstall app and reinstall app. They asked me to use Wifi and internet on phone , still not success .They asked me to clear cache on phone , still no luck. I have done everything asked of me then crypto.com stopped communicating for over 24 hrs and i am chasing them again but still got no reply.
