I travel a lot..and have collected many reward stamps at Hotels.com, so that I could have some bonus/free nights at the selected hotel one day. Just found out today that my Rewards Stamps were converted to the Onekey cash, with ca. 10% of the original stamp value. Reading the comments here, I know I am not the only one in this situation..

This website is not reliable and honest; they keep deleting (my) negative reviews about a workplace, even if well motivated and described without any specious or offensive terms. Or, at least, they hide the negative comments at the very bottom of the list, leaving the better reviews (old and new) in the top part. Yes, as the name says, they could have Glass-door but are black-tinted glasses.

Bifdender was very patient in handling my issue and I greatly appreciated that. A lot was going on that day and their customer service guided me along to resolve my issue, plus I was able to upload screenshots to the Bitdefender chat, so they saw what I saw, GAME CHANGER!

Screw you Wells Fargo! I have an appointment to get our house painted the end of this month and he planned on using my Wells Fargo Home Services Credit Card like I’ve done in the past with other home improvements. I just read that Wells Fargo is discontinuing that credit program and is shutting down all accounts. This will also affect my credit score since I will now have less available credit. After years of scams, fake accounts, bad decisions, and just plain incompetence…..you are hurting and taking away from your customers (real customers) because you can’t get your crap together. Your bank is a damn joke! Thanks for screwing up another great program. I’m sure all your corporate folks will get bonuses this year, but us little folks get screwed in the end. You all are freakin pathetic A holes!

My associate's name was Andrea. Andrea was an absolute joy to work with. She was helpful in every way, courteous, and went out of her way to make my experience enjoyable. I have shopped Macy's for over 40 years and I have never had a bad experience with any associate, in store or on line. It is my favorite place to shop for all my needs, and I know I will always get the best price, best quality, and best service no matter which store I may be in. Web is Misleading on purposeUntil someone explains me the value of showing a comparison table with "the highest specs that you can get if you PAY MORE" (not by Default) with the lowest price on top (not the one for those specs).And until I'm explained why I can't see the Default specs or the maximum price in the comparison.... Until that moment: Lenovo web is useless and backs a ruthless marketing strategy clearly misleading on purpose. Example:Lenovo 1: From 1000 GBP, Up to 32 GBLenovo 2: From 1200 GBP, Up to 16 GBWhat's that comparison tell me? That Lenovo 1 is cheaper?NO! It's telling me LITERALLY NOTHING, because the Default specs for Lenovo 2 might be higher!Thank you for nothing, Lenovo team ;)

Terrible customer support, I am a PRO member and get billed every year, yet for some reason in my account it doesn't recognise me as a PRO member, so I cannot get anyone to help me as it thinks I am not a PRO member, there is some glitch in the system. So I am paying for something i cannot use. At this point I think it would to easier to fly to the moon in a home made rocket than to get help - you just cannot do it if you are not a PRO member - I am but it thinks I am not. Literally has driven me crazy.
