Terrible customer support, I am a PRO member and get billed every year, yet for some reason in my account it doesn't recognise me as a PRO member, so I cannot get anyone to help me as it thinks I am not a PRO member, there is some glitch in the system. So I am paying for something i cannot use. At this point I think it would to easier to fly to the moon in a home made rocket than to get help - you just cannot do it if you are not a PRO member - I am but it thinks I am not. Literally has driven me crazy.
