My name is Diane Shaffer and I was in your Macy's store on December 12, 2019 in Mall of GA in Buford GA. I was in need of a return and was directed to the returns for online and store as well. My associate's name was Andrea. Andrea was an absolute joy to work with. She was helpful in every way, courteous, and went out of her way to make my experience enjoyable. I have shopped Macy's for over 40 years and I have never had a bad experience with any associate, in store or on line. It is my favorite place to shop for all my needs, and I know I will always get the best price, best quality, and best service no matter which store I may be in.
