Review of barnesandnoble
I have started buying manga from barnes and noble through online but most of the time i did end up getting them pretty quickly but the downside is that it may get damaged from the sides from getting a book in that way,i would recommend buying in store but just beware about the shipping process.(may depend on where you ship it to)
Review of yelp
YELP is the biggest SCAM ever!! DO NOT WORK WITH THESE CLOWNS!! They railroad small businesses by suppressing legitimate reviews in an attempt to force business owners to work with them. Pay to play is the name of their game, except they don't deliver leads even if you do pay!! Their own business rating confirms how bad their service is and the experience they provide to existing and past clients. And if you cancel your service with them, your monthly ad spend budget, expect to see legitimate reviews disappear. They hide behind their so-called software algorithm to further suppress reviews and harm small businesses all over the US. BUY BEWARE!! These guys deserve a negative rating, save your hard earned money and partner with companies that want to help your business by investing in you!! YELP = TRASH!!
Review of yelp
Yelp is just terrible. It appears to be a space for just the bitter. The company itself is terrible. They sell leads for hundreds of dollars whether or not the person actually follows through. I saw a lead for something is wrong with my transmission they wanted 200 something dollars just to reply to the guy which doesn't guarantee any work ever gets done or you get hired and this stuff is all non-refundable. Yep customer service doesn't respond to anything. Plus you open yourself up to harassment and contempt from people that you try to help with this service and Yelp also offers no recourse for these things. So they got to be right up there towards the top of things that are expensive and useless.

Deliberately try to make cancelling your subscription as difficult as possible. The fact that there's no button the website to do on a modern website is purely to insert friction in the process.Dispicable business practice. Never again.

Review of gog
I recently downloaded and installed GOG Galaxy, and then purchased Frostpunk 2. Download and installation were very easy, but the game kept crashing on launch. I contacted support and got a response within 24 hours from Falran, who gave me 3 things to try to troubleshoot. Each suggestion came with clear and detailed instructions. The 2nd suggestion worked like a charm and now I can run the game no problem. A great experience, I'm happy.

Review of bedbathandbeyond
On Dec 11 2020, I asked for a refund of over $100 and Bed Bath & Beyond agreed to give me a refund within 3 business days. On Dec 20 2020, I still didn't get any refund so I asked them again. The staff just asked me to wait for another email.. after few days, I still didn't get any email so I chatted with them again. This time the staff asked me to trust her and promised I will definitely get a refund. I understood they must be busy during Christmas season so I gave them another month. But unfortunately after 2+ months I still don't see any refund from them. They used to be one of my go to store but no more!! How they treat/lie to their customer is unacceptable!
Review of zoom
Similar to many complainants, as a "Pro" level customer, I have tried numerous times to speak to a 'live' rep on the phone to cancel a "large group meeting" add-on feature that I've been paying for, THAT THEY DIDN'T EVEN ADD TO THE ACCOUNT as promised which resulted in who knows how many potentially paying clients from registering/participating in our various virtual events... and then they've been unreachable for the past 4 weeks, sending email support ticket 'responses' that completely ignore the issue... When will someone at Zoom step up and take responsibility to resolve this very straightforward failure to deliver services and refund owing? Come on, Zoom, you can do better than that! I am DEFINITELY looking elsewhere for better service. Inexcusable example of over-selling and under-delivering. It's time for some media outlet to do a full expose on your business practices.

Review of macys
I bought a sofa from Macy’s with their worry no more warranty. Well, I am worried! The sofa is three years old and the two back cushions are crushed and need to be re-stuffed. After hours on the phone and many transfers, I have been told this is not covered. My husband and I are over 70, have no kids, are of normal weight and sit on the sofa in the evening. So disappointed in Macy’s. Never buy their furniture and if you do NEVER by their warranty as it is useless.
Review of logitech
All though Logitech has good products with my experience their customer service is absolutely horrible. It is very hard to reach any customer service worker and once you do they are of no help. Customer service continued to dodge my basic questions such as “do you plan on restocking this item” or “is this item limited edition” and instead told me to sign up for there completely unrelated news letter. Once I restated my questions again the agent ended my chat with them cutting me off. I will not be purchasing directly from Logitech and instead will be buying my products from Amazon which I suggest you do too.

Avoid.Hands down the most incompetent customer service and online ordering.Taken the money and run. I’ve had to raise a dispute against the charge with my bank because there isn’t a way to cancel the order or get even basic responses.A week of shouting into the void. I used to like there products but this experience has got me looking elsewhere.
Review of hubspot
My experience with Hubspot was terrible. I was connected with Brandon Kirsch, a sales representative, and was immediately tossed into his cattle call sales routine that consisted of fast talking, strong arming, rude follow up emails. He was combative and rude from the jump. I was clearly a statistic on the other line and he needed to either turn me or discard me. A real pompous jerk with no regard for a business owner's exploratory process when evaluating business utility software.
Review of dell
Maybe at one time Dell was a solid buy, but now the customer support is horrific. I was promised that a tech would be at my house on 3 different days, all of which I waited all day for a no call, no show. I paid top dollar for an Alienware, I wish I would have got an MSI.
