Review of salesforce

Good if used to maximum capacity

I have used salesforce in a few different capacities and it certainly depends on what you need it for to determine how beneficial it is. It is really a matter of setting up the system in such a way that can be streamline with the rest of your workplace structure. I think one of the challenges arises from not have a seamless integration with your own internal practices. That is an effort in itself but can be highly worthwhile if done properly. Though with so many alternative options popping up for a fraction of the price, salesforce is not the only option.

Very poor mobile site…

I have a mobile account via the Good Reads App and need to change my email address. However, I can't find a way to do this, which is incredibly frustrating.Also, I've compared the mobile account on the App to the the account on my PC and the menus on my mobile account are very limited. I started writing a review on my mobile which was apparently saved. However when I came to finish it later, l couldn't find a menu heading for saved draft reviews. Really annoying!

This company is a complete joke

This company is a complete joke! Don't even try asking a question - you'll only get bots! I was trying to check on an order which wasn't even listed on the site, yet it showed up right there on my bank statement! Fortunately I just happened to check my other E-mail account, which I seldom go to, but there it was! Why they didn't have it listed is beyond me. Never again will I deal with this company!

Review of wayfair

Chest disintegrated in less than a yr

I bought a cedar-lined wood blanket storage chest through Wayfair. They advertised it as rubber wood and manufactured wood. The hinges are screwed into glued sawdust and the hinge pulled out, breaking off a large chunk of the “manufactured wood”, which cannot be repaired since it is essentially glued sawdust. I open this lid only once every two weeks for less than a year. The warranty only extends 6 months and then Wayfair refers me to the manufacturer. The first number they gave me was wrong. The next number, a 800 number, goes to voicemail and does not call me back. This is an item that has been gently used for less than a year and is not repairable. No one wants to spend almost $300 every 6 months for a blanket chest. Wayfair should stand behind the products they sell. And all of your responses to complaints are exactly the same. You use a form response, can’t even bother to respond as an individual, just tell us to go back through customer service which failed us the first time around. Any real humans involved here?

If you live in Netherlands and order beware that returns have to be sent back to France. They don't tell you this upfront which is legally not compliant. They promised a refund of these return costs but after 11 emails they have still not refunded. The customer service is a big joke. Never ordering again.

Unacceptable processing time

I chose UBS to open a Capital Payment account for my new company. The company has been registered for 5 weeks now, and they still haven’t opened a bank account and released the funds. Despite many calls and emails, these guys just don’t care at all. HORRIBLE experience. I chose UBS because the Capital Payment account was free (compared to ~CHF 200 in other banks) but this was a big mistake.Totally unacceptable to block their customers money over such a long period of time. Now I have bills to pay but no funds to do it.

Utter rubbish.

I have never known an outlet like it. Received an ASOS gift card for Christmas- yes, I know…. bad judgement by somebody! Had to open an account to use it then the card wasn’t accepted! Above all else the items for sale looked absolutely rubbish. I’ve actually given the card away and told ASOS to close my account.

It's been almost 2 months of asking for…

It's been almost 2 months of asking for support and we havent even gotten past step 1 about verifying my email, they asked me to verify my account via email which I did, 1 month later they send me a message asking me to verify again. 0/10 experience and not the first time this happened with ubisoft support. I've had several cases where they take forever to respond and when they do respond they repeat the same thing they said last time and dont actually read what I say in my messages, its almost like im talking to a robot.
