Shopify looks great on the surface, until you realize that it's just a shell platform and you have to pay more a month in addon apps then the actual platform costs, otherwise nothing works right. Incredibly basic features (like being able to ship an order in multiple boxes) requires an app. Every time you talk to support, they tell you to purchase an app, OR to upgrade to their insanely priced Shopify PLUS tier. $300 a month to $2000. I wish we'd never picked them as a platform, but sadly the cost in salary hours would be astronomical to switch again so soon. Save yourself the frustration and go with someone else.
