My parcel never arrived.Marked as delivered by Hermes. Saw the driver running away with my parcel back to the van.Uniqlo told me they would replace the order but now are saying they will have to do an investigation. Just stalling!Completely unprofessional.If you can't trust your chosen courier, don't use them!!!
