They are terrible. I have been a customer for 7 years barely use the roadside assistance. 3 years ago got a battery from them with a 3 year warranty. I called them with a month remaining said the battery was going out they came and checked said no it was a good battery still. Today my battery is dead called them again and they tell me it will be over a 100 dollars to replace cause the warranty is expired by 2 weeks. I canceled right then.

Zillow Rental services fraudulently advertises that a $29.99 application fee for home rentals will apply for 30-days on any homes you investigate renting from management companies that advertise their property’s for rent on the Zillow site. Today two separate home rental management firms in Sacramento California stated that they don’t authorize the use of Zillow pre-qualification services and that the Zillow charge was fraud. Basically the Zillow fraudulent clam resulted in my family a $29.99 charge for nothing since the qualification process they say is being done on our behalf is not recognized by rental management firms.

I'd give zero or negative stars if I could! I opened a Venmo account late in February 2024 in anticipation of splitting trip expenses with a friend. I didn't initiate any transactions. On 03/11/24, I happened to notice a bogus $70 payment to Comcast. I don't use Comcast! It was an ACH payment too, which means the scammer had my bank-account number, not my credit-card number. That's exactly the data I'd given to Venmo. Given the timing, I believe Venmo compromised my data. My credit union was great, and I got my money back. But Venmo proceeded to confirm my suspicions that the data breach was theirs. I couldn't figure out how to easily close my Venmo account in March, so I blanked out my bank data. On May 9, Venmo emailed me that my account had been suspended due to a failed payment. The only "payment," and it definitely wasn't initiated or authorized by me, had been to Comcast. Or maybe a scammer was trying a second payment. Or maybe Venmo called it that after noticing I had blanked out my bank data. When I emailed Venmo back, a customer-service rep insisted I had to provide official identification to confirm it's really me who's trying to unsuspend a suspended account. As if!!! I will never trust or use Venmo, and I'm telling everyone I know about my bad experiences with them.

When I involved the Boston BBB to assist in resolving a matter with Vistaprint.com and Cimpress USA, they closed the complaint based upon the company stating they would refund my money within 7 days. This reflects highly with the BBB that they resolved the complaint, and looks highly on Cimpress USA whom responded and offered a solution.However, Cimpress never delivered a check in 7 days, not 14 days, not 21 days. When I followed up with the BBB, they also told me to keep waiting before they would reopen the complaint.
