I won't use this platform again and will remove app. Kept us on hold for 35 minutes and when someone answered finally the SOB disconnected us. Terrible service for a long time customer. Charged us for the full rate due to a mistake.

My family has been a loyal member of AAA since 2015. After almost a decade of wonderful, timely service, it seems the magic of this company has run out. While driving home from the store yesterday, my tire blew out. I quickly contacted AAA at 8:29PM, and they sent me a link saying they received my request and that my ETA for help would be at 9:17PM. At 9:15PM I received a call from AAA saying they received my request and that they would let me know when someone was en route to my location. At 10PM, after receiving no further updates, I contacted AAA, again. After waiting an additional 10 minutes to be connected to a representative, I was told the company they had contacted to help fulfill my request, did not answer so the representative assured me she would contact dispatch and I would receive a call back with an update on my request. I never received a call back. I chose to contact AAA again at 7:52AM the next day. It is now well past 9AM and I have yet to receive a call back or update of any kind. I’m blessed that when my tire blew, I was close enough to my house that someone could come pick me. If I would have only had AAA to rely on, I would have been stranded for over 12 hours. If this is how customers will now be treated and serviced by AAA, even with an upgraded coverage plan, than it is in my best interests to find a different company to seek when I need roadside assistance.

Every time I need to understand a new tech term, I head to Techopedia. It's become my tech dictionary. The concise definitions and examples make it easy to get the gist of things quickly. Perfect for a busy professional like me.
Review of target
Target online customer service is about the worst I have ever experienced. I ordered a set of AirPods and they were supposed to be delivered on August 21. They were not delivered so I called that night. Whatever country I called they were telling me to give it another day or two. I asked them to re-ship the item and they said they would have to refund it and I would have to purchase it again. This is what his so-called manager told me after they spoke with the shipper and they verified that it was lost I said that’s ridiculous just ship the item. Of course they wouldn’t do it for whatever reason. So I gave it a few more days and of course no delivery. I called again and got the same answer from the rep and the so-called manager that handles escalations. After absolutely no customer service whatsoever, I told him just refund, me and I will go somewhere else. I look at a lot of these reviews and see how people have spent hundreds and thousands of dollars on target items and are treated like nothing. Target will probably be the next big retailer to fail.

The site is filled with glitches, the app is barely functional, they removed the avatar heads from the top of the page so nobody can find their favorite writers new work easily, they removed the edit/write function from their mobile app, to the detriment of many/most (edited to add they recently returned this function, after about 6 months of complaints). They punish anyone who doesn't write about them in glowing terms, they distribute a small, favoured few, and ignore good writing in favor of clickbait. It's a good place to practice writing, and if you want a hundred self help articles on how to earn thousands writing (but not on Medium where you'll only ever earn a few dollars). They're heavily biased in favor of identity politics and doom merchants, not much in the way of nuanced pieces or both sides of any debate. Probably still worth the 5 bucks a month if you can dig down deep and find the good writers, but you have to mute about half the site to find them.

I completed ‘Managing the Company of the Future’ course today. A 5 week slog that I put a lot of effort into. It was a course from London business school which was terrific. I would love to give them 5 stars. The 2 stars are for Coursera alone. I spent a number of hours at the end to do my assignment. It was clear that the other students were not putting in any where near as much effort. It was common to see comments on the discussion page saying things like I’ll give you all 5s if you give me all 5s. Most of the answers I read were (being kind now) not great. I gave detailed constructive criticism. What did I get in return; 5/5 for everything and comments: good. Honestly I would not hire anybody based on this course and so I feel I have wasted my time. (Though saying all that the course itself was a pleasure and gave me something to aspire to🤔)The scary part is that these people are hopeful managers! (Or worse still, already managers) 🤦♂️

I dont know who can create any blogs or website there. You cannot see what you are creating.There is a banner, which is constantly follows your computer mouse and if you need to edit an earlier created text to correct it, it will not allow you to access your previously entered information. Lots of tools but not needed for a basic web blog page. i am not sure, when I will purchase it, I will be able to make it work. I would like to create the blog to see how it looks and then purchase it.

They allow you to provide all your details, upload your passport (South African), take selfies, and then they register you as a client. Only when you have tried about 20 times to fund the account via credit card (unsuccessfully) and then make a physical funds transfer (from South Africa), which costs forex costs of all kinds...and then you see your account not credited. You then go through about 7 different support people. Finally they tell you they are not allowed to accept payments from and make payments to South Africa and that I need to get my bank to request the funds on my behalf. Ridiculous!!!

I have been very impressed with the Infusionsoft system for email marketing and customer relationship management. It’s almost all I wanted in a system and have been looking for years for. I’m sure it could do far for me too if I used it to the max of its capability. I invested in one years subscription and the consultancy I received initially within this price helped my business back into profit within 5 months.
