They allow you to provide all your details, upload your passport (South African), take selfies, and then they register you as a client. Only when you have tried about 20 times to fund the account via credit card (unsuccessfully) and then make a physical funds transfer (from South Africa), which costs forex costs of all kinds...and then you see your account not credited. You then go through about 7 different support people. Finally they tell you they are not allowed to accept payments from and make payments to South Africa and that I need to get my bank to request the funds on my behalf. Ridiculous!!!
