I have two complaints to share. 1. Ever since I upgraded from my free site, to my premium site, I've had trouble reducing the size of images. When I click on the image to change its size the tool bar appears but when I move my curser to select something from the tool bar menu, the menu disappears. Then my curser moves to the bottom of my post. Its a real pain. Although I complained to your help department the problem was not corrected. 2. I signed up for two years. I thought I was going be charged a monthly fee but I was charged the whole amount of $180.00 and I did not receive a receipt itemizing what the amount was for.

To many account hacks and unwarranted censorship. No ability in Facebook to exchange open dialog with “management”. Too many virus laden sites that lock up mobile devices. Freedom of open expression does not truly exist anymore. Also appears people are targeted for political and religious beliefs. NOT ENTERTAINING ANYMORE.

I ordered a framed poster for a Christmas gift. When I placed the Order, it said "Estimated Delivery: Between Thursday, December 19 and Monday, December 23".After about a week of not receiving a shipping notification, I logged in to check on the item. Now, it is back ordered, and not expected to arrive until Thursday, January 02, 2025.When I placed the Order, it was NOT back-ordered, and I never received any notification (email or otherwise) from Wayfair notifying me of this change in status, or that it would no longer arrive until after Christmas.Now, it's too late to order it from somewhere else to arrive in time.When I contacted Customer Service, they told me there was nothing they could do but cancel the Order. It was all just a script response. Awful.Very, very, very disappointed with Wayfair.2024-12-22 UPDATE: The email referenced in their response below was merely for 15% off, which they did not auto apply or anything. The item itself has not shipped or moved at all.2025-01-08 UPDATE: Still having received no shipping update or information about my Order, I used the customer chat again. They agreed there has been "no movement" on my Order and sent out a "replacement" due to arrive next week (so they have them lying around to ship a replacement, but never my original order?). This is absolutely absurd. I will never ever shop on Wayfair again.2025-01-13 UPDATE: It still has not shipped, and it is officially over one month later. I live chatted with customer service again, who said they will "open a ticket with our warehouse to investigate the shipping status" and that "the supplier will provide an update as soon as possible." This is insanity.2025-01-22 UPDATE: Same nonsense, different day. No response from the warehouse, it still hasn't shipped. Today, the live chat agent ghosted me, so no response or help the first time around - I had to end and restart the live chat to get a response. When the chat restarted, I was told that "this issue has been escalated to our specialized team. They will reach out to you within 3-5 business days with the resolution." Just more of a run around, with no improvement.2025-01-22 UPDATE: I received an email that a replacement had been sent out. I will see it when I believe it.2025-02-12 UPDATE: Having received no shipping information for the SECOND replacement order, I AGAIN live-chatted with Wayfair's customer service. At this point, I am just in it to see what happens here. I can already tell you that I'm never buying anything from Wayfair, nor their sister companies, ever again, and I'm telling everyone I know about this - but I am just in this to see how it plays out. In any event, a THIRD replacement was ordered. We'll see.2025-02-21 FINAL UPDATE: No surprise, again, it never shipped. I contacted Customer Service who offered me a FOURTH replacement. I threw in the towel, and asked my Order be cancelled. I will never be ordering from Wayfair or any of its sister companies again - there's no point. Not worth the hassle AND you never even get the item!

Customer service has failed to actually provide service. I created a new account and for some reason they locked the account after I made my purchase. I contacted customer service and they said we can't tell you why but we are not going to unlock your account. I created another account with a different email and the transaction went through which is quite foolish. All they had to say is the why and I could have provided an answer to the why. The result is simple - instead of buying my templates from them I will search other companies in the future.

My account has been hacked and then blocked.Worth billions, but they don't have a real contact us department. My account was with them since the beginning, over 20 years of memories that they just flushed down the pipe. During this time, dramatic changes happen, and I would really love to get back at least my pics...they don't care. Should be some legal stuff with all the people at the start of the company, cause we all get the same. They will stomp on your life memories that you trust them with...And you will lose them all.At least a way to download them back ...they don't care.Watch out people!

First off this company is not a contractor. This is a company that has an app that creates a connection between contractors and clients for a unreasonable price and the connections are not always legitimate and usually bogus. There is no way to get your money back win this happens and they have no remorse. If you do make a complaint, they will just deactivate you from the site.
