Customer service has failed to actually provide service. I created a new account and for some reason they locked the account after I made my purchase. I contacted customer service and they said we can't tell you why but we are not going to unlock your account. I created another account with a different email and the transaction went through which is quite foolish. All they had to say is the why and I could have provided an answer to the why. The result is simple - instead of buying my templates from them I will search other companies in the future.
