A company called MUTUAL HOME IMPROVEMENTS came to replace my cellar door. Not only to allow myself to be horribly over charged ,but they also used substandard materials. I was fool enough to believe they would come to pick up the trash include the rusted doors. It was 99 degrees and he said he had the truck full. Guess what he never came or responded to my calls. Not only that he asked me to make the check out to All Seasons home improvements. I believed him because they were part of a co-op!!! Just put the hook in my mouth!!! when I called All Seasons the gentleman there told me the only way he knew this guy was that he sold him his truck. He had already cashed the check at a check cashing place. All Seasons was angry to say the least. He contacted Check cashers to warn them. Needless to say, still have cement debris . The city picked up the doors. Now I will have to find out how to discard the blocks of cements without it costing me more money!!!!! I doubt their Homepage is real.

For the most part an ok experience except when I need to sign for something. I work overnight so I am ALWAYS home when things are supposed to be delivered yet they never ring or knock on the door. As I’m writing this I’m expecting a package and it says it was attempted meanwhile I checked my camera and the UPS truck never even drove past the block.

As others have stated, The Times lures you in with a ridiculous offer of £1 for 3 Months or something along them lines. When you have read the terrible, often biased article which you initially wanted to read, you then have to call up a call centre to try and cancel your subscription. They'll try to persuade you to stay on their service under the guise of "Feedback". When you push back, they offer you a discount for 3 months in the hopes that you will stay on and accidentally get charged another £26.The comment sections on the articles are a whole thing within itself. The blatantly controversial articles have the comment section closed as to avoid people pushing back on their narrative that most newspapers and mainstream media are pushing out. I don't care if people say the times is a conservative newspaper because it isn't, at most, it's paid opposition which doesn't really oppose anything.So yeah, shoddy business tactics, lackluster articles, biased narratives and control of the reader voicing their opinions leads me to believe this service isn't worth any money at all. Get your journalism from an unbiased source because the times is DEFINITELY not that.

As someone who is admittedly not tech savvy and has never even tried to build a website before I was able to use Squarespace in about a 2 hour timeframe to build a complete site that I was so happy with. The platform is easy to use and beautiful. The templates make it really easy to build something that looks designed but also customizable if you want something a little different. Highly recommend Squarespace!

Red bubble have failed to deliver my paid for posters to the order address. Instead they are at a dhl collection point that I cannot get to in Spain with a no reply notification. Also unable to speak to a person at Redbubble to get code required for dhl customer service. Only irrelevant bot information at red bubble non existent customer service !! Do not use Redbubble

This company relies on answering your problems with a bot. The bot will try and give random answers that don't lead anywhere and then they say there is nobody available to assist. I will never use this website again because the customer service is very poor and there is no accountability with the sellers.
Review of Microsoft
If I could give negative stars, I would give a negative five. Absolutely beyond horrendous customer service. Impossible to speak to a human, the robots hang up on you, and there is no live chat function. We purchased a Surface Pro and a two year protection plan ("Microsoft Complete") - but the instructions on how to use this protection plan are not working. We should have a co-pay of $49 for repairs yet it shows $550! Even a giant can go out of business with such little concern for its customers.

Were they sitting on their hands doing nothing? Writing the lame press release issued? OR….was it “OH Sh@t” crisis management time with their attorneys and PR firm? Choose your response from the above to give them when you cancel their service!!!

Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Spent two days trying to get access to my old email, since I have two and I get bombarded with where’s my backup crap, and I provided the info and somehow they tell me, it was never backed up!!! And then give them info and the call operator sounded so freaking arrogant!! Never again will I use them!!! Horrible crap it is!

This included both personal and professional accounts I’ve used for years to run my creative business.I lost access to multiple accounts across Instagram and Facebook that were all tied to my work as a photographer and small business owner. These accounts included original content, client communications, and business pages that represented years of effort and income.Despite following Meta’s official appeal and privacy request processes, all I’ve received are automated responses that direct me to tools I can’t use — because the accounts are locked. There has been no human contact, no explanation of what policy was violated, and no support available.This is not just an inconvenience — it’s a major disruption to my business. If Meta can shut down years of work and communication without due process or accountability, it’s deeply troubling for any professional relying on their platforms.I’m not asking for special treatment — just the chance to know what happened and to recover what I’ve built. Meta must do better.

Worst company everI had 4 dog rescues helping dogs in need throughout the country at different addresses and different websites I didn't did nothing wrong Google took all my sites off line saying I have multiple business so what?No I have 2 businesses I changed the domain because webnode failed to transfer my domain so I have a rescue with no website because Google refused to edit my page for no reason they are the most horrible people on the planet they are all on a power trip nasty horrible company. Northants Re-homing Services I bought a domain for that rescue and they refuse to edit even though that rescue is top rated in Northampton
