Abysmal delivery service

Awful service from the delivery driver…again!!!Dropped 3 out of 4 parcels to my doorstep with no bother to even press the doorbell. The 4th parcel that was not delivered was an expensive soundbar, after complaining to customer service I was assured it would be delivered within 48 hours. Surprised, surprise it has not been delivered after 48hrs! Again complained to customer service and they have issued a refund. How are the delivery drivers getting away with stealing items of value??! This is not the first time this has happened. I have ordered an Apple Watch from Amazon before and all that was delivered was an empty box!!!!! I will take my custom elsewhere in future. Don’t waste your time and money with Amazon.

Useless Google Guarantee

A conifer root lifted 4 concrete slabs. JS Tree & Landscaping and I agreed that he would cut the root back and replace the slabs so that they're level for £650, including the removal of all rubbish. The work took about 3 man hours. They left the tree root and cement bag paper behind. I asked JS Tree & Landscaping 4 times to remove the rubbish and they promised that they would but didn’t. I requested compensation under the Google Guarantee but there was no response from Google.

Best Buy is not what it used to be.

Their customer service is worthless. I ordered online. Forgot to fix my address when I noticed the store had already created a shipment label. I called their support and asked the price to stop and they basically shrugged their shoulder and said sorry. They said I would be refunded in 7 days took more like three weeks and a bank dispute to finally see them return the money even after the bank had already done meaning I needed to call my bank and have them revert the money they refunded. It was a headache. Their stores are not kept up. Running thinly staffed. And thinly stocked. Just not what Best Buy usually is. Go to Microcenter if you live near one. Much better store!

Venmo is the worst

Someone sent me money after I deleted my account but it went through anyways. They wouldn’t refund me and made it a long hassle. Save yourself the burden and choose PayPal or cash app Venmo is the worst!

Horrid call center in Bangalore

Pros: good selection of food and other items at reasonable pricesCons: Target.com must hate their US customers. The company thinks so little of their customers that they've outsourced their customer service to unfortunate wretches located in a call center in Bangalore, India. They're useless, as I found out the hard way when I couldn't resolve some shipping / billing problems using the online portal.Clearly, Target doesn't care and doesn't respect their US customers enough to provide competent customer care via a call center located in the U.S.Shop elsewhere.

Subscription cancelled by Spotify without refund.

I was a Spotify Premium subscriber from 2022. I moved to different country and recently my subscription was cancelled by Spotify and reduced to the free version.7 days before cancelling, Spotify charged me for the whole month of Premium, but when they cancelled my Premium 7 days later, they didn't refund me any money and now I am on free version, even though I've paid for a whole month.Customer support was rude and unhelpful and conversations were abruptly closed by the agent twice, without any explanation.I'll never use them again.

Very useful site for keeping track.

Very useful site for keeping track of many band's events in one place. Amazing for planning for concerts.Only feature I would like added is the ability to add a country rather than having to add all the cities in a country.Also have noticed a couple of gigs not picked up on songkick but definitely an exception to the rule.

INFLEXIBLE NT

Unfortunately I can not leave a review for our holiday in Fishguard last weekend because we did not get to stay there. After spending several thousand pounds over the past year or so booking NT accommodation I am extremely disappointed with your lack of consideration and flexibility under the circumstances. Whilst I understand your 30 day cancellation policy is clear, unexpected circumstances happen as do extreme weather conditions prompting a government "danger to life" alert in the location of our holiday cottage on the same day we were due to travel! My request several days prior to our stay was to RESCHEDULE our stay (not refund!) due to an unexpected emergency at home however you were not prepared to offer this option but only to try and "resell" our booking. In light of the subsequent impending Storm Darragh this would of been an irresponsible action as a holiday company towards your customers safety particularly when the government advice was not to travel and to stay at home....

Let the Buyer Beware

Let the Buyer Beware. I like the Kroger delivery in FL service in refrigerated trucks is great. There customer service is excellent but There are items I still stick with Publix for like Meat and Deli. HOWEVER, DO NOT order KROGER on a Monday or Tuesday. You will pay more for the products.The sale items run Wed-Wed. the sales prices or coupons expire Wed Morning 12AM and even though you buy it and they authorize your card on Monday Evening or Tuesday. You will be charge whatever the price is on Wed. Last week it cost me $12.00 more than I thought. I called CS and they refunded me the amount after I told them that the driver had the same charges as I did, just be careful when you order.
