I made a reservation in July to rent a unit in September. VRBO charged me in full and never sent a confirmation from VRBO, although I was issued a reservation number at the time of booking. Several days later I started calling them (on hold for HOURS) and they never found my reservation or confirmation in their system even though I had an Itinerary ID and Reservation number from when I initially booked. There was no reservation in their system. I have been communicating with their resolution group to no avail. They are truly dishonest in my opinion. Be cautious, they will take your money and not provide you the service you pay for. Go to Airbnb instead.
