Way too slow. Took my money 5 days ago, and still not arrived in recipients bank.I can send via Xoom in 5 minutes, for a lot less.App and Web do not sync with personal data.Customer service though, when calling in, is very helpful, and a good experience.

I tried to reach out to their email team after I noticed my credit card charges from this company that I had no idea about. I explained I had not used or intended to use this subscription and only tried it once as a free trial, but they refused to refund the money.This company makes its money on free trials that were not cancelled in time. Means their product must be pretty bad if they cannot rely on continued, intentional recurring subscriptions from satisfied customers.Clearly, their customer support is awful if this simple request is denied. Will never use again and will avoid anything the company makes in the future.

Rover.com makes it easy to book with a sitter. There appears to be a sitter for every situation. I do wish that there was a way to narrow down your search more. The search is mostly based on dates available, perfect! However, beyond that it would be helpful to create a search based on # of dogs sitter watches, type of dog, etc. I needed to read through a lot of sitters before finding the right one and I almost just stopped. I looked for several days before making contact.

Beware when using PayPal that when you have an issue that needs resolving and a return/refund being pursued they will not support you. You will never be able to send enough evidence to satisfy them. It appears they are in on the scams. A number of my friends have also been caught out by this

Sent me an email offering £5 off my next purchase. Have moved the goalposts constantly to get out of applying the credit. Ridiculous. Unhelpful staff who cannot tell the truth or answer a question honestly. A once efficient honest company has turned into a dishonest joke.

I recently had a negative experience with ASOS customer service. Due to unforeseen illness (flu), I was unable to return an item within the 14-day return period. I reached out to customer service, explaining my situation, but unfortunately, I was met with strict policies and no flexibility regarding the return deadline. Despite explaining the situation, I was told there was nothing they could do after the return timeframe had passed.Although I understand return policies, I was disappointed by the lack of understanding or willingness to accommodate customers facing exceptional circumstances. ASOS is a well-known brand, and I hoped for a more customer-friendly approach in such situations.I’m left frustrated and disappointed by the response, especially considering my long history as a loyal customer. I hope ASOS can reconsider its approach to customer service in exceptional cases like mine.

The quality of their clothes really seems to have gone downhill, a lot of their clothes are a really odd fit and I have a normal shaped body! Eg I've just sent some trousers back which were baggy at the front around the groin and tummy, fitted everywhere else other than the leg was about an inch too short. Everything seems to be like this lately. I also ordered a t-shirt in my size that was huge, but the arms were tiny! I've also ordered a couple of things that look nothing like their photo when they arrive. I don't think I've kept anything I've ordered from them this year at all. I'm pretty disappointed.

I have posted a very lengthy complaint of their staff on bullying me on my purchase of a pair of pants that needed alteration. They basically pranked on my alteration for around 5 hours. I also realised my google email thread is absent and my review on Google is also disappeared. I was going to email their Japan head quarters but didn't have the time. Now all the contacts have been lost. So the company actually condones this? Or are the employees so good at hecking? They purposely did me 3 pairs of pants of different lengths and only the forth lair that another staff did it right.After this episode, I do not trust them anymore. This incident was like a month ago. Now I can't retrieve it anymore.
