I tried to reach out to their email team after I noticed my credit card charges from this company that I had no idea about. I explained I had not used or intended to use this subscription and only tried it once as a free trial, but they refused to refund the money.This company makes its money on free trials that were not cancelled in time. Means their product must be pretty bad if they cannot rely on continued, intentional recurring subscriptions from satisfied customers.Clearly, their customer support is awful if this simple request is denied. Will never use again and will avoid anything the company makes in the future.
