I made booking which I want to cancel with free cancellation policy, it needs to be accepted by owner and he is not accepting. The web-site is just giving the phone number of the owner. It"s a SCAM

Outdated CRM, needs new features

Keap has goods and bads, the good points which I liked while using Keap were their dashboard, which was user-friendly, simplicity, their advanced automation was really cool and had many advanced features, I really liked that, it is something that can be difficult to get it in other CRMs.Their customer service wasn't good neither bad, they helped sometimes. Keap lacks many important features for businesses, you cannot add more than one email address as a sender, you cannot send WhatsApp messages, lacks integrations with many apps like LinkedIn, and only US can get phone numbers.Talking in marketing, they need to get more features to help businesses reach to their leads.Overall, Keap is outdated and needs to improve, look at what other CRM systems are doing and adding to satisfy their customers.

On November 28th I placed an order over the phone with a rep using my Victoria Secret Card. I never received a confirmation email or my order to this day December 13th. I called the customer service and of course they are not in the US. I explained that my card was charged and that i never received my items. Now there is a balance of $165.59 on my card that has not been resolved. The customer service rep kept repeating herself and refused to let me speak with a supervisor. She stated that the money it was a pending transation and it would fall off on December 8th. It's still pending and im positive it will report to the credit bueres. I fell as if the rep stole my card info and shipped the order to herself or someone.

the programme is intuitive. Most of the features are easy to use and explain.We would have liked more support in the first 4 to 6 weeks. 3-4 appointments right from the start, so that you can use everything correctly, and someone you can ask your questions in person. Not just in the chat. It's not helpful to only get suggestions from the chat where you can read up. Sometimes it is good to get a personal explanation. However, after 2 months we can say that the programme is running well. There are still some open questions, but we can solve them now with the help of CHAT or by ourselves.

One rep promised a refund, another ignored my cancellation request. Now my account is suspended over an £83.01 balance caused by their own rep’s misleading actions.No accountability. No transparency. Just silence.

questionable integrity

I have now purchased two items from two different companies on Pinterest. The first company failed to provided items paid for and are constantly providing mis-information regarding shipping. This is now a claim with Paypal. The second company sent dress of wrong fabric, wrong sizing and poorly made. Can't send it back because website has closed down and will cost more than dress to send back to china even if address is real. Tried to report both cases to pinterest but because of required fields requesting URL, it fails to recognise either so unable to continue reports. Needless to say I am trying to close Pinterest account. They say they will send me an email of how to close not de-activate. Still waiting.
