the programme is intuitive. Most of the features are easy to use and explain.We would have liked more support in the first 4 to 6 weeks. 3-4 appointments right from the start, so that you can use everything correctly, and someone you can ask your questions in person. Not just in the chat. It's not helpful to only get suggestions from the chat where you can read up. Sometimes it is good to get a personal explanation. However, after 2 months we can say that the programme is running well. There are still some open questions, but we can solve them now with the help of CHAT or by ourselves.
