Outdated CRM, needs new features

Keap has goods and bads, the good points which I liked while using Keap were their dashboard, which was user-friendly, simplicity, their advanced automation was really cool and had many advanced features, I really liked that, it is something that can be difficult to get it in other CRMs.Their customer service wasn't good neither bad, they helped sometimes. Keap lacks many important features for businesses, you cannot add more than one email address as a sender, you cannot send WhatsApp messages, lacks integrations with many apps like LinkedIn, and only US can get phone numbers.Talking in marketing, they need to get more features to help businesses reach to their leads.Overall, Keap is outdated and needs to improve, look at what other CRM systems are doing and adding to satisfy their customers.
