On November 28th I placed an order over the phone with a rep using my Victoria Secret Card. I never received a confirmation email or my order to this day December 13th. I called the customer service and of course they are not in the US. I explained that my card was charged and that i never received my items. Now there is a balance of $165.59 on my card that has not been resolved. The customer service rep kept repeating herself and refused to let me speak with a supervisor. She stated that the money it was a pending transation and it would fall off on December 8th. It's still pending and im positive it will report to the credit bueres. I fell as if the rep stole my card info and shipped the order to herself or someone.
