Read reviews here first and was put off.However due to a shortage of accommodation through the likes of Agoda, Booking etc booked through Vrbo at short notice as a host was available.Payment taken immediately. 20m later hosts tells us that it isn't available.Asked host immediately to initiate refund.. Nothing.Called Vrbo who said host had to do the refund. Host subsequently says they have nothing to refund as they had received no payment from Vrbo. They also claimed they had instructed Vrbo to remove the listing some time before we booked.My view is don't trust Vrbo.Indian support is useless and the Book with confidence claim is a claim but worth nothing in my opinionUPDATE: Vrbo have been useless.Had to threaten to involve authorities in the hosts countries to get the host to refund.Out of the 110 Euros I paid, I've supposedly been refunded 89.Contacting Vrbo is made hard, and I'd contact ET easier than them.I stand by my comment originally. Don't use them, don't trust them.

One year after I purchased my Y I found out Trsla haven’t or couldn’t upload my WOF at this time. So I can’t get a new Rego. I called Tesla and they only make excuses why they never informed me and told me that they can’t find the documents anymore. So I have to get in to get a quick check up, but instead to make it at the closes Tesla service I have to drive over 1 hour. They can’t even say sorry just excuses it’s not their fault it was system problem. I didn’t expect such a bad service.

Review of Shopify
I became a customer of Shopify over five years ago and in the beginning their support was great! You could talk with a human and get complicated support issues taken care of quickly. Now chat or email are the only choices and complicated issues are never resolved. I have requested many times that they bring back phone support espcially for established customers with retail businesses, but they haven't. I cannot recommend Shopify as an on-line platform. If they bring back phone support I will gladly change my review.

Terrible return service. Shipping was quite fast but return policy was horrible. You need to print return slip and label by yourself. It was very hard to find printer in lockdown period. More than 3 weeks passed since I posted return items, I haven't received refund yet.

Absolutely IMPOSSIBLE! The only way to raise a support ticket apparently is via a web link that is DENYING me access. I am being asked to authenticate my account and I am not receiving any codes and it is impossible to speak to anyone. I can't even find a complaints email address hence the review. I am steaming. Absolutely steaming. I am losing business over this, but it is getting to the point I would rather lose business than work with a Microsoft product.
