Absolutely IMPOSSIBLE! The only way to raise a support ticket apparently is via a web link that is DENYING me access. I am being asked to authenticate my account and I am not receiving any codes and it is impossible to speak to anyone. I can't even find a complaints email address hence the review. I am steaming. Absolutely steaming. I am losing business over this, but it is getting to the point I would rather lose business than work with a Microsoft product.
