Completely locked out of my account.

I have 2-step authentication on my Discord account... Recently, my parents bought a new phone. Unfortunately, I forgot to save my backup codes, so I told myself, "Fine, I'll use the authenticator to log in again, like I always did." Unfortunately, I'm not that lucky. I struggled for several hours last night to scan the QR code and get a six-digit number to log into my account. I used two portable devices and various applications, but to no avail.The QR code is broken because every time I scan it, an error occurs, indicating that the problem is with them rather than my phone. I reported this, and they couldn't help me. It's absurd that I can't access my account, according to Discord Twitter support. The only solution they gave me was to create a new profile. I have a lot of connections through my Discord account and files through important direct messages. Another laughable thing about them is how they can delete my account, but they cannot disable two-factor authentication for security reasons. Fun fact: DeviantART Inc. has this feature, but it is only available to subscribers; they will help you if your account is locked, while Discord won't. Don't bother with them.

Is there anybody out there?

What a joke. I was going to sign up with XERO from next financial year. I am a self-employed support worker and was looking for something more convenient than free invoice templates and spreadsheets. Tonight I went to start my free trial, to then pay from July. Except...... To sign up, Xero was meant to send me a confirmation link. That link never arrived. I tried twice. So I was going to contact them to see what might be wrong. Problem is, to do that I need to sign in. But I can't sign in, because I'm not actually signed up yet. And of course there is no email address and you can't call them. Instead I am offered all kinds of AI tripe as a "solution". I will NEVER give my business to a company that is not contactable, and where I can't get hold of an actual human being who will respond to my query. Suddenly spreadsheets don't seem quite so bad.

Does not work

My Google Cloud does not work anymore because Google has disabled my billing. I have changed Credit Cards so have attempted to remove the old card and enter the new one. Instead Google tries to force you to validate your cancelled card, but as this is not possible, they have disabled my account. Trying to get support is impossible, you get sent in endless loops that keeps taking you back to force you to verify a card that no longer exists. They do not allow you to submit a Billing Support ticket until you first verify the non existent card. Whoever developed this platform has no common sense.

Delivery company sent my order back without telling me. Amazon could not stop the return. Neither could delivery company. What a crazy system. Amazon.in is destroying the Amazon brand. Avoid this fraudulent retailer.

Zazzle don't care how their work goes out.

Information on the invitations was overlapping. Won't be ordering again. I should've gotten a call that there was an issue with the printing. I had to do what I should've done in the beginning. Go to tbe store and hand print party info. Spent almost $84 for invitations that ended up in the trash.

For 20 plus years I have had my Hotmail…

For 20 plus years I have had my Hotmail account. I have photos and videos and all sort of things that are important to me. They are now telling me that I have to pay monthly to keep said important emails and videos and pictures. And I can't receive important daily emails until I delete down to 5 gb. This is insane and has to be illegal.

I've lost my data 2 times with them.First they offer it free & if you are not going for the paid option your account gets blocked.Atleast the data for free quota should be accessible. Bad service, unethical & I am never ever going to be associated with them again. Beware

I am very, very happy with my purchase of wall art from Fine Art America. I ordered a framed print of Secretariat's Belmont race 1973. Their website is amazing. Many choices of frame, matting, size, etc. I placed my custom order on 9/14 and received it on 9/23. It was very well packed, in fact it took me quite a while to free it from the box. Highly recommend this vendor.

Agree with Rajkumar Ramachandran, faced similar issues . I bought ticket booking system which has tons of bugs. Don't be surprised to get weird answers for your questions after the payment. After initial discussions I got daily 3 to 4 calls saying the offer is going to end today and you have to make payment ASAP . After payment when I raised the Issues I hardly got response from them. I don't know what 10 years of free support they claim when they cannot give 100 % bug free product forget about optimized because for their developers it is an alien word :)

The worst experience of my life in…

The worst experience of my life in terms of everything - worst ever customer serviceFirstly, they stole my money and never returned it. I purchased an item online which I returned at the store, they told me I will receive the return in 3-4 days in my original method of payment card. I waited for a week my refund never came back. I called the customer service and they asked me to go the store where I returned. I went to the Macys’s store where I returned the item and it was permanently shut( Watertower place chicago Macys) I spent so much time to find the customer service and they told me to go the State Street Macys.Two weeks later I went to the State street Macys and the lady was not at all helpful and asked me to call the customer service on phone. I insisted that I will not go home because nobody is trying to help with my $120 credit and I already spent 60 bucks on all the Ubers in going to different stores. She made me wait for 20 minutes and ultimately made a call to someone in her store. They kept on transferring me to different departments and finally they found out that they issued me a gift card certificate which was sent to my old address as a refund. I told them why they did that when I asked for a refund in my credit card which I was told at the time of returning the item. They said we are closing the store right now and can’t solve the problem today. Maybe you should come back tomorrow and I refused because I already spent so much on my Ubers and can’t waste more money and time on the 120 bucks. They said you can call the customer service tomorrow and they should be able to help. I said okay and left.Next day I called the service and again they put me hold and kept on transferring me to different departments for 30 minutes. Finally when I got hold off someone she said Ma’am probably you didn’t return the item because I can’t see it. Can you imagine?The same store was able to see my return item one day before with my return receipt number and with my order number where they gave me the information that we issued a credit certificate to your house and kept my return receipt at the store and the next day someone else is saying we can’t see it in our system.I hate this store and the worst is the customer service. They don’t care about their customers at all.

Tricking people into providing photographic ID. Just be honest at the start!

Created an account. Put my full life story in. Then out of the blue they lock my account and demand Photo ID or ill remain locked out of my account and not even able to delete my personal data.They should be required to tell people that a photo ID will be required for having an account. But that would put people off signing up. So what they do is trick you in, by making it look like a security check. The value of LinkedIn's data is drastically increased if they have verified users. They can sell that audience for a lot more money.What should be illegal is for LinkedIn to pretend that having an un-validated account is possible. What they are doing is tricking people in to creating an account without the requirement of an official ID so that it doesn't put people off signing up. Then out of the blue, locking their account and demanding photographic ID.If they had told me upfront, that a photographic ID was required i wouldn't have created an account. Now, they have all my data, and are blackmailing me in to giving them more personal data under guise of security, when it is in fact profit that is driving this. I can't even delete MY data without providing them more personal data.I am so angry about this, it should be illegal.
