Terrible follow through! I ordered a customized controller as a gift, it costed a fair bit more since it was engraved and custom, and their shipper FedEx delivered it to the wrong house, I spend weeks on costumer support, hours of being on hold, trying to get a new one and a reimbursement since that is in no way my fault and I received no help from Fedex and Xbox has no been helpful in this process as they are unwilling to just communicate with there shipper and making me do all the calling and still have not reimbursed me! I am so frustrated as I was very patient and understanding but both parties are so unwilling to help it’s ridiculous!
