I had an absolutely terrible experience with Etsy as a seller. Instead of making money, I ended up losing money due to unexpected and unexplained charges. Etsy automatically charges fees without clear communication.Customer service is horrible—it’s nearly impossible to get a real person to help, and when they do respond, they give vague or unhelpful answers. I was charged for marketing services I never signed up for, plus additional fees that were never properly explained. No transparency, no clear statements, just money taken from your account.If you're thinking about selling on Etsy, stay away! I do not recommend Etsy at all.On top of that, the platform is filled with scammers. As soon as I created my shop, I was bombarded with fake messages from people trying to scam sellers. Etsy does nothing to protect sellers from this.

I wish I could give less than a star. I used to LOVE shopping here.. until I needed to reach out to customer service for the first time. I spoke to someone about a stinky item that was delivered - he said to return it and they would refund me even though I had already washed it to try to get the smell out and had told him I did this. I returned it with mention of his name and it was still rejected - go figure. I reached out and spoke to someone else and she said I had to wait until it was delivered back to me to be refunded. Fine. It got back to me and I reached out a third time to someone else who said he needed to transfer me to a manager to be refunded. Once I spoke to the manager, he denied me a refund for the stink a$$ sweater they had shipped back and forth and made me talk to four people about. Why did everyone give me the run around and lie to me that I would be refunded? I took all the screenshots and disputed it with my credit card company and I will never shop there ever ever again. What horrible service.. is it really worth it to keep a death grip on the payment of that $50 stink sweater when I’ve spent thousands over the years & have never ever once reached out with an issue? What a waste……. Buyer beware.

We ordered from amazon.com watched the tracking then all the sudden it stopped got a hold of consumer service said we were hacked made me download a bunch of apps took my pictures my security number and everything else I had to contact the FBI so far we would never hack they were just wanting the information now it has to be traced and I have to go through a bunch of BS because of it I would stay 100% away from this site

I had a big problem with Kayak on 2021 and I am writing this note now because I got familiar with Trustpilot about a week.I bought ticket from recommended agency which Kayak had recommended. They showed the prices in Euro but when I bought the ticket, the agency charged me the currency change to Pound (GBP) and Kayak did not do anything and they were completely irresponsible.

Same Double Ads (30 secs each) every 3 minutes in a 44 minute show, (32 in total which includes 2 which play before the show starts) and they will break into the scene mid scene, even mid sentence right on 3 min mark. Mind numbingly difficult to watch the show after about 20 minutes of this. Ads are geared to the country you're in, and the same ad can sometimes repeat 32 times per episode, with no variety of ad content. Occasionally a separate audio only ad soundtrack will also play briefly during the 3 minutes you are actually watching the content!Used to be a great site years ago, with a few ad breaks at reasonable intervals. Very much gone downhill to unwatchable. There is no option to skip ads or to pay a small fee to eliminate them.Have (once again) reported the above to "Help Desk" who ask me to send ID of video to them. (have sent 10 ID's with problem ads in the past) Very little change from months ago request so far. If anything they're getting worse. Will update this post if things change for the better.

Do not buy Hotel.com gift cards ! They will not let you merge them to the limit t they say unless you have all receipts. I got mine through a reward program and now cannot merge more than five together and cannot merge them together anymore because I do not have receipts. Last year I had no problem and started saving mine up for an anniversary trip but now I can’t merge them them . So it’s useless because you can only use one per reservation. Buyer beware.

Wish I’d checked the reviews on here before ordering. Can’t believe such a big name has such poor service. I ordered on the 27th of Nov, hadnt heard anything for 2 weeks. Contacted them via chat, to be told my order was “being processed” and would be dispatched soon. This morning, less than 24hrs later I received an email saying my order had been cancelled, with no explanation. I thought perhaps they had run out of stock of the item but it is still available to buy (full price).
