I wish I could give less than a star. I used to LOVE shopping here.. until I needed to reach out to customer service for the first time. I spoke to someone about a stinky item that was delivered - he said to return it and they would refund me even though I had already washed it to try to get the smell out and had told him I did this. I returned it with mention of his name and it was still rejected - go figure. I reached out and spoke to someone else and she said I had to wait until it was delivered back to me to be refunded. Fine. It got back to me and I reached out a third time to someone else who said he needed to transfer me to a manager to be refunded. Once I spoke to the manager, he denied me a refund for the stink a$$ sweater they had shipped back and forth and made me talk to four people about. Why did everyone give me the run around and lie to me that I would be refunded? I took all the screenshots and disputed it with my credit card company and I will never shop there ever ever again. What horrible service.. is it really worth it to keep a death grip on the payment of that $50 stink sweater when I’ve spent thousands over the years & have never ever once reached out with an issue? What a waste……. Buyer beware.
