My email was recently hacked, and I was locked out of it as well as MANY accounts, including BuyMeACoffee. After reaching out and providing proof of my identity (ID and selfie), support immediately updated my account's email so that I wouldn't loose it to the hacker. Why only 3 stars?Well, I've not had the account very long. Nor have I received any funds through it. Being honest and fair is something I live by. And I can't give a honest score higher than 3, when I've yet to use their services. The Lord's willing, that will change soon.

I bought an ASUS ROG Strix GL553VE in June 2017 for Can$1650.00.After almost 6 months of use, I can say with confidence that I totally regret this purchase. Here is why :1. The keyboard layout is non-sensical. There is no Num Lock key indicator that informs the user of the state of the number pads (number input or cursor navigation). So, one never knows if for example a 9 is going to be typed or the cursor is going to move on Page Up. If you type a lot, you likely won’t be able to use this laptop keyboard. I tried for a long while but I had to give up and finally had to buy an external keyboard, which of course totally defeats the purpose of having a portable computer.2. The ROG family of laptop from ASUS is supposed to be designed for gamers. So I thought this pricey machine, which has an Intel Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T7100 @ 1.80GHz and a EVGA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti Gaming graphics card would easily be able to drive my SAMSUNG SyncMaster 245T at its native resolution (1920x1200) as a secondary monitor. Well, it can’t. Not only the image quality is very bad (color shift, color rings), but the text is smeared out and worst of all, the windows is bigger than the actual monitor screen, so that both the menu (top) and task bars (bottom) are not visible. This is not adjustable from the monitor in HDMI (the only mode available from the ASUS laptop).3. ASUS technical assistance for the above problems has been abyssal. All they could come up with was the traditional “Reboot”, “Reload Windows" and ultimately “Send the machine back"!4. Intel technical assistance for the graphic controller was even worst : Not very keen about sending the machine back to ASUS who would have probably send it back to me saying that nothing was wrong with it, I sent all the details to Intel technical assistance hoping they could fix the controller settings/driver. They pretended to study the problem for several weeks, but it finally transpired that they were not doing anything at all, despite the technician talking about a lab studying my screen shots and so on. All they did was telling me to install an updated generic driver whenever one was becoming available (happened twice). They never look specifically at the problem at hand despite pretending to do so, since they finally directed me to their Community asking me the very same info I provided to them when I first contacted them. In other word, they were just buying time, probably hoping for me to forget about the whole issue. When I pressed them, Intel finally acknowledged that their graphic controller was simply unable to drive the secondary monitor at 1920x1200 (while my 10 yo Vista computer was!). After wasting my time for 6 weeks, they found it appropriate, as a final touch, to ask me to fill up their online customer satisfaction survey. 5. Finally, not so critical but a very noisy cooling fan starts whenever this laptop performs anything more that listing a directory content. If you are in a quiet setting, like a library, an airplane, etc. you will sure attract attention. Reminiscent of a vacuum cleaner noise.Otherwise, the laptop performs “OK”… You mileage may vary, but honestly, you will probably find the ASUS-Intel combo video set up is just a cruel joke. Buy a simpler rig or a much more powerful machine (i.e. desktop). This is in between, and was a waste of money for me.

15051451I have emailed Kraken and sent copies of the Trust Pilot review and complained that I still do not have EITHER crypto or my money back.I will have to wait on line again tonight to see if they will actually answer my phone call THIS TIME. My account shows that the funds are gone out of my account......but where are they?

They are a scam. I called them to get two faucets installed. They offered $228 fixed job fee and assigned a contractor. The contractor texted me immediately to cancel the request as he was not in PA but in VA. I called him and he said for the work involved, the payment was meager. He offered to do the work straight with me at a different rate. I called HA and the guy doesn't acknowledge I already had booked a service and tried to book a new one again despite me mentioning I had already paid. He transfers me to an automated number and I was never able to get to an agent. Called my credit card company and requested to cancel the payment.

The app for mobile as well as roku, and pc are just a terrible mess. The store is terrible about shipping and when items arrive damaged, they claim no responsibility and will do nothing for you. 5 out of 5 items I've ordered were damaged. Customer service is nonexistent.. trash
Review of 99designs
We were at first a little hesitant about using this platform compared to hiring a expensive graphic designer, which seems to be what lots of business do. I called 99 design customer service for a brief explanation on how this works and what to expect, and the customer rep was super friendly and helpful! We were immediately amazed how brilliant, easy and user-friendly the 99 design platform was!! So easy to use and comprehensive! Exactly what we needed!! We signed up for a logo contest and immediately started receiving concept designs from multiple very responsive and creative designers! The whole process was super easy and gave us such confidence that this platform for us by receiving numerous ideas from so many designers. We finally picked our finalist designer and we could not be happier with our final files. Thank you Abi Laksono and 99 designs! This platform is genius and so affordable! Signing for for more contest to work on out packaging, labeling, and eventually website layout and further down the road an app.

Review of wayfair
Absolutely the worst. On two separate orders of large cabinets I had the White Glove Assembly person report a piece missing. Wayfair's "solution" was to reorder the units. They then told me I would have to bear the $140 cost of having the unusable units removed, as well as taking on the responsibility to find another Assembly person at my own expense. Upon expressing to them that what they were proposing is, after sending defective products to me I was to bear the costs (additional) costs for their mistakes. In effect I was to pay for the privilege of purchasing their defective products. ... They responded by saying, "sorry, that's our policy".Still shaking my head....NEW NOTE:Wayfair's reply is inaccurate. There was no resolution. I'm still out the money to discard the bad products (2). I asked for my money back and was granted a refund on the second cabinet with no recovery of my cost to discard the product. I've receive no resolution of the cost of discarding the first unit. Very disappointed in a support dynamic that's far below the average.
