We were at first a little hesitant about using this platform compared to hiring a expensive graphic designer, which seems to be what lots of business do. I called 99 design customer service for a brief explanation on how this works and what to expect, and the customer rep was super friendly and helpful! We were immediately amazed how brilliant, easy and user-friendly the 99 design platform was!! So easy to use and comprehensive! Exactly what we needed!! We signed up for a logo contest and immediately started receiving concept designs from multiple very responsive and creative designers! The whole process was super easy and gave us such confidence that this platform for us by receiving numerous ideas from so many designers. We finally picked our finalist designer and we could not be happier with our final files. Thank you Abi Laksono and 99 designs! This platform is genius and so affordable!
