I had a disappointing experience with SitePoint. Due to persistent quiz issues and problems with both the website and the app, I couldn’t complete my course. After reaching out to the support team and waiting over four weeks, I received no help. Frustrated, I canceled my membership and moved to other platforms that provided better reliability and support.
Review of Microsoft
This is only about Microsoft's Give With Bing Scam. After initially joining and turning Give With Bing off, Microsoft continues to periodically, randomly, turn it back on and randomly choose a charity. Neither with my consent. They refuse to refund me my points I rightfully earned. They refuse to acknowledge the problem. Only assuring me my Give With Bing is off. Because I turned it off myself. They are stealing to give donations to charities. Microsoft also refuses to permanently opt me out of their program.

If you use a browser to search indeed it will prompt you to use their app. You cannot complete your search of a job within a specific area, without removing the prompt. It's basically forcing you to use the app. So the permissions the app have are, sharing your personal date, location, files/documents and your photos and videos!!!!! I will never use indeed again now. If you've got an app, fine, give us an option to use it or not, but forcing your users to install it or have limited functionality on the Web version, disgusting!

So….. I had reserved a room this past Saturday and very soon afterwards, I ended up finding somewhere else to stay for the night for free. I decided to cancel the reservation about 30 minutes later, which was very well within the cancellation period. When I went to the app to cancel, the selection bar was grayed out and there was no way to physically select the cancel booking option. I remember I selected the “pay at property” option as well. So, I figured I wouldn’t get charged for it since I’ve done it in the past with no issues. Well, the hotel charged me for the room anyway even though I didn’t check in. I spoke to a “virtual agent” who assured me it was a technical error on their part and I have a valid claim to get a refund since I was charged without checking in, even though I was under the pay at property option. He then called the hotel and claims the manager was not on duty at the time so there was nothing that could be done until the next business day. I even called the hotel and attempted to speak to them myself and the person who answered the front desk didn’t speak English well. He said I need to take it up with the third party website, basically giving me the run around. So, I then called my bank immediately, and they told me that I would have to wait until the transaction was no longer in pending status. Once it posts, then I can dispute the charges. On Sunday I received and email from hotels.com stating that they cannot issue me a refund because it was “within the penalty period,” even though the customer service agent assured me I have a valid claim. I’m not even sure what within the “penalty period” means anyway. So, on Tuesday (yesterday) the charge finally posted and I called my bank and filed an unauthorized transaction. They refunded me my money. I will never use hotels.com ever again. I was a loyal customer for years. Plus their rewards program is a complete joke. We used to get a free room after the 10th room we book. Now we get like $2 in rewards for each stay. It made me laugh.

My query still hasn't been resolved. The first response was very unsatisfactory. I replied within hours and still haven't had a response 4/5 days later!Please don't preach to me about how to reduce battery consumption like I'm some kind of fool. I know very well how to save battery, it's nothing to do with that, purely that the battery is messed up. I need a replacement battery. I paid £519.99 for my watch, I expect more from Garmin than this.

I chose bitdefender because it was reccommended by Which. I paid for the standard package and vpn. Whenever it was installed on my laptop, I had no internet. I contacted the company and I don't know whether the remedial advice came from a bot or an agent, but it didn't work out and it was probably beyond my technical ability to rectify the matter. I demanded a refund after I managed to uninstall the program.update 25/03/25: full refund received thank you so I've upgraded the rating accordingly.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Haven't received my order and nobody is willing or able to give me an update . Even if you get past the AI responses, the 'humans' are just as robotic and give you stock answers and tell you to wait. Shocking. will not be ordering again.

Trash company they block my purchases I’m unable to buy any Nintendo games or products on there website . Then they email me few days later told me I need to use gift cards to buy a game . I still can’t use my credit or debit card to buy a game online or anything like products I have funds in my cards

A retailer cancelled my order via email and I sent the email as proof to klarna that the order has been cancelled but they declined this and said the payment was still due.Edit: contacted Klarna again, but on social media & they then resolved the matter promptly.

Software purchased through Dell came without a product key. Dell tech support was of no use, nor was sales. Got MS techs to fix the problem after 4 hours of back and forth. Still don't have the key. Don't purchase software from Dell if you buy their laptop.

People on Twitter (politicians) post about the attempted murder of an 82 year old man (the spouse of a member of congress). They crack jokes about the man and pass tasteless comments. Yet, if you post a reply, you get suspended by Twitter.Why don't they suspended the accounts of the idiot low life politicians instead? The owner of Twitter was also publicizing jokes about the attempted murder as well so, I guess such posts are OK.
