They seems to anticipate my difficulties and struggles because GetResponse always send me timely information on how to improved my learning experience on their platform.

Adding insult to injury

On Saturday, my wife phone’s was stolen at a Hollywood restaurant. She had insurance, so we called on Sunday and filed a claim. The replacement phone arrived on Tuesday, so Wednesday morning we called to activate it. After going through the process, the Asturion rep said he needed to send a code to the phone, but since it was not activated, my wife would need to go to an AT&T store with her ID, and it would take “just a few minutes” to activate. She went to a store, and was told to go to an AT&T company store. There, she was told to get on the phone with the fraud department. She was asked 5 questions to verify her identity, which she answered accurately. Strangely, after the last question, the AT&T employee claimed to have heard that somebody gave her the answer (impossible, she was by herself) and hang up on her. The employee at the store was apologetic and called again. After going through 5 questions again, she finds out that the first guy blocked the activation for 24 hours, because he suspected she had been helped with the answers. Unbelievably frustrating. She still doesn’t have a phone and will try again today at a company store. She is a long-term customer and is seriously thinking about dumping AT&T. After having her phone stolen, we feel like we are treated as the criminals. Would give them zero stars if it was possible.

the BBC lost its way and went totally mad leftist and woke after the george floyd incident.the bias is nauseating and losing them millions of viewers right across the spectrum of their programming.as for apologies and an unbiased HYS forum forget it.say anything that does not fit their criteria and stance and it is swiftly removed or more likely now their is no HYS on controversial news stories such as chris Kaba as this would paint a true picture of what the public really think.no democracy or free speech with this lot.

Worst experience of my life. Signed up and was hung up on. Couldn’t get towed. Was charged and never received any help. Customer service was terribly rude. Would never ever sign up or use again. Would not recommend to anyone. Please find someone else.

Simply put, every time a brand interrupts my listening pleasure, I add them to a blacklist. This blacklist is a list of companies I will never spend money with again. I also unsubscribe and delete my account if I had one with them up until that point.That's what you get for thinking you can hi-jack life's pleasures and monetise them for personal gain.And NO, I will not PAY to "upgrade". I will NEVER pay for something I don't OWN OUTRIGHT.

They've been double charging me for months for a plan I never even purchased. Had one plan purchase and they put an extra one on. I haven't even received the benefits of the extra plan either! Just double charging me for nothing. Customer service representatives are nowhere to be found, phone number doesn't work. Chat never available, utterly useless

It gets 2.5 stars. Unfortunately they are a very WOKE site. A lot of inappropriate pictures. A lot of useless, low class or disgusting pictures. And on the other side they have a good amount of useful pictures. Would rather they proportionately had pictures that represent our society.

ASUS website not very useful, lacks support.

I am trying to find the Specs about my asus laptop I bought so I could upgrade the memory and download bios upgrade for it. The ASUS website is very difficult to use and after a full day searching for the specs I had to give up. I did find a BIOS download however the site is not very clearn weather it's for my computer or not and not willing to take the chance to be the wrong one and mess up the computer. I will not be buying another ASUS due to the lack of support and the confusion of what they do have.

PLEASE DONT use this service! Go to Airbnb or booking.com with them instead - I’ve never had a problem here. I CAN NOT express this enough…and I’m not someone to write bad reviews or reviews in general. I’m also a pretty easy going person! But this company is honestly disgusting - they lie through their teeth, the pretend they can’t hear you on call and then hang up, they DO NOT care about customers best interest. A property we booked had exposed wires, moldy plates and an unsanitary and after filing a health and safety claim, they came back to say none of this is a safety hazard…we have 3 children!!
