I have ordered from many online retailers and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Like others I have ordered from this company, received an email confirmation and then nothing. The order is very late, they don’t respond to emails asking what is happening. My biggest regret is not checking reviews before ordering as I would have avoided this company. My first order will be my last, the disappointing thing is the items ordered were birthday presents which should have arrived beforehand.

Refused return of Christmas gift for exchange for larger size even tho I'd pay shipping, still having tags on, same item still being sold and available online, and return attempted shortly after Christmas. BBB rating by customes is a D-. Go see horror stories much worse than ours. Don't buy here!

My flight was cancelled for an undisclosed reason. I was messaging with a Delta employee and she assured me that my expenses would be reimbursed. I entered my expense reimbursement request upon returning home and received notification that it was denied due to “flight was cancelled due to weather.” I spoke with a delta employee on the phone and explained to her that the reason the flight was cancelled was not disclosed to us and a delta employee assured me my expenses would be covered. Her response was that now looking back on the flight they have updated the cancellation reason to be weather and she understands that I was not told the cancellation reason and was assured I would be reimbursed but “accidents happen” so they will not be reimbursing me. I am now out hundreds of dollars that they assured me would be reimbursable. Terrible experience, terrible customer service.

As a email provider they are grate! As a news provider they are terrible. To much lies for the open minded human being. I've been using aol for over 20 years and have never been so compelled to leave a comment on the shady news reports that they are spewing to the world. If I dint have my 20 year old account I would wash my hands with AOL and never think of them as a public provider again. Shame on you! I feel totally let down.................

IMO its not only useless organization ,but also criminal. They remove legitimate reviews and leave only negative reviews from non customers when businesses refuse to pay them. Millions of people cant be wrong. They are racketeers and extorsionists and they defame so many businesses and hard working people for their wicked gains .If you are a business and you are paying for their "services" make sure you never stop because as soon as you stop they will remove all of your positive reviews sitting that they are fake and only leave negative ones from non customers. Thats how they are. Millions of business owners can attest to that.

I have to agree with the comments made a few days ago by another customer: "They couldn't have made map-updating more difficult or awkward....It's a pity to see such a well-designed product so poorly backed up."I'm on my second Garmin Sat Nav. My first worked fine...until I was updating the maps a few years ago. I ended up buying a new one as the update process rendered my old Garmin device un-useable.I've since avoided updating my new one (due to the fear of having similar problems). I'm updating today, and I'm having problems. The process is not an easy one.I'm pc literate, and have built many pc's over the years, and know what I'm doing with hardware and software, but as stated already: "They couldn't have made map-updating more difficult or awkward."Such a pity.

The new learning path is absolutely boring. I enjoyed the possibility to choose which lesson I wanted to do. Now the possibility is gone and I am forced to grind on one single lesson at a time. It bores me to death and I refuse to pay to get bored. I FORGET to do my lessons because I no longer want to do them... Also the graphics look muddled like aeons old tattoos on half-dead sailor's forearms. Yuk.

Door dash has bad reviews from bad customers ..maybe ever think tipping your delivery driver who is picking up your food to be delivered at your door deserves some respect and a tip ...so if you wonder why your order has not been accepted then try being courteous to the person or the delivery drivers who bring your food to your door..it's always the ghetto ones who don't tip ..hello you get for what you pay for in life ..so put your self in other people's shoes sometimes and think about it.? How would you feel if you went 20 minutes out your way driving your vehicle to go drop off a meal and the customer doesn't even leave a tip.?How ghetto is that?!! I work with doordash and I'm clearing $3,000 a month. I don't let negative people or negative reviews steal my piece or even be bothered by them because my good service and all my deliveries are completed and at the end of the day I'm still paid and us doordashers still makes their money and still has the customers that are satisfied. It is utterly infested with intrusive ads, uninvited videos and goodness knows what else making it almost impossible to read as well as being inordinately slow to load. I use the Safari browser on a reasonably powerful iMac with 16GB memory and I get memory warnings if I leave the DM site running. Why are they turning away readers like this?

Just been randomly thrown off their panel after years tried to cash in my points for vouchers only to be told that the smallest ammount that can be claimed is £10 - as I had an odd £5 they would not let me have it - we can give it to charity but you cannot have it was their response to my demand. How come I earned it - they aknowledge it's mine but will not send it to me.

I booked a hike through Get your Guide in Maderia not realising this is just a site for companies to advertise through and there is no check that what your booking actually exists. I did not realise a company called Nature Meetings was the actual company I was booking with and they are advertising a hike that was stopped a year ago and only tell you that it has changed when it is too late to cancel. Very disappointing, a waste of a days holiday.Edit after communication from Get Your Guide. On complaining to Get Your Guide they responded very quickly and Mauro was understanding and helped to resolve our issue so we have been left satisfied that no one else will have the same experience. I am happy to change my review from a 1 to a 4.
