The revelations about the Diana interview are truly shocking and show that the BBC should not be allowed to police itself. It is clear the BBC is no longer impartial or trustworthy. They should be subject to the same market forces as everybody else and not allowed to continue with the privilege of public funding.

I had a technical problem with my TV. I had to wait 5 weeks before I received a response from Customer Services. Their reply was totally inadequate, and wasn't worth waiting for! They hadn't understood my problem, and told me there was nothing they could do, without even bothering to suggest troubleshooting ideas -basically they said "Tough luck, you're on your own". I then asked for details of their complaints procedure, as I was unhappy with their response, and they didn't even bother to reply. Without doubt the worst Customer Services I have ever experienced, and not what I'd expect from a well-known company with an international reputation. Absolutely shocking!

I've been using DeepL for over a year. Suddenly it won't translate anything. The hovor icon doesn't show even though it's selected in my settings. Even if I use the shortcut -- the language selector appears but there's no way to actually hit select. Nothing works and when I attempted to contact support they said I had to pay to contact them. If using the products basic features now costs money, I wish I would have been warned... what is the point of having the extension at all if nothing works? Pretty unhappy with this product.
