Appalling Customer Services

I had a technical problem with my TV. I had to wait 5 weeks before I received a response from Customer Services. Their reply was totally inadequate, and wasn't worth waiting for! They hadn't understood my problem, and told me there was nothing they could do, without even bothering to suggest troubleshooting ideas -basically they said "Tough luck, you're on your own". I then asked for details of their complaints procedure, as I was unhappy with their response, and they didn't even bother to reply. Without doubt the worst Customer Services I have ever experienced, and not what I'd expect from a well-known company with an international reputation. Absolutely shocking!
