I ordered computer parts for a my personal computer and a clients computer I had ordered and paid for this on my parents account, Amazon said on Thursday night I would get friday between 9am-12pm according to delivery instructions, I got to my parents place there was no package at the front door & no photo for proof of delivery.Package 1 was not delivered AT ALL 2nd package was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, I got the satchel but nothing was in the satchel and very poor photo as proof, although I got a refund it took 5 days of calling to initiate the refunds, Amazon Australia would not provide me my invoice for my items I had bought.Amazon Australia said it would 48-72 hours to get the receipts from the sellers on my behalf not happy what so ever. Amazon Australia claimed their delivery drivers scan packages while it still on the road & Amazon Australia delivery drivers mark parcel/satchel as delivered when it has not been, Amazon Australia claimed this to human error and got delivered someone else.I DONT BELIEVE THIS & I FIND IT VERY HARD TO BELIEVE THIS EXCUSE THEY HAVE GIVEN ME, THIS IS CLEARLY THEFT, Amazon Australia drivers are going through people packages stealing items and marking deliver is made with no photos as proof. Amazon has the technology to keep track of parcels but choose not to take responsibility of theft the drivers do and I am not the only person has put bad reviews about Amazon Australia and I wont be the last.Amazon pushes there prime subscription on there consumers for free deliver and for next day delivery and that is an entire lie, this delivery method Amazon Australia provides is Physical and online scam to there consumers, I have reported Amazon to the NSW Fair Trading as well as to the ACCC for investigations.I recommend anyone that has been through this in the past and recent REPORT TO YOUR LOCAL STATE FAIR TRADING SERVICES & TO THE ACCC & BOYCOTT AMAZON SERVICES - APPS, WEBSITE & PRIME SUBSCRIPTIONS.

I would give a 0 if I could!!Worse customer service ever, the amount of the money deposits in my bank have never matched with what we closed on the terminal each day; plus, they deducted more fee than what we had agreed. Sales man have never showed up after we got with the company. We don’t recommend to use this company; most of our friends have terminated from this company and they all got cheated with bad experiences.

If there was less than a star mark i would have given them. I returned an item and have been following up with them for 3 months and up to this date i did not receive anything. The amount of time Iam spending chasing them with emails and chats is by far costing me than the item price itself. Avoid with big A ..one of the worst online companies I have ever dealt with. I think they do a lot of money from people like me who just give up their refunds.

Amazon employs Purolator to deliver some of their parcels. My last order says it was delivered to a Purolator depot 1 hour from my house. Called Amazon, they apologized, gave my half off my order, and I agreed to drive to pick it up. When I arrive at Purolator they tell me it was delivered to a different location an hour and a half away. Called Purolator rep, they blamed Amazon for providing inaccurate information . Drove an hour home, contacted Amazon . Their representative apologized, says they'll refer my concerns to a higher authority, offers me $10 coupon, cancels order, says they won't use Purolator for subsequent orders. That's what they told me last time too. Ended up cancelling my Amazon order after 2 hours of driving and 1/2 hour on the phone. The cost of gas alone exceeded the price of the item I bought.

Unprofessional sales support. from the first look and chat with support I don't recommend this company when they are hiring someone even doesn't know anything about the company or anything to help me and they only push you to pay for any package to get support, I asked Sam one of the support team members if I needed to buy Array Themes which was acquired by WP Engine and he doesn't know anything about that and kept asking me to buy a hosting package first and I said to him I only ask about the theme, then he started to collect data by asking about the URL and so.totally Unprofessional sales support and terrible experience

Sorry to say I agree with previous bad reviews. Pinterest is a great idea gone bad. The advertising is out of control - ordered goods from a company advertised on Pinterest and had a terrible experience, as so many others have. Have now deleted the app and broadcast my bad experience to everyone I know (and don't know!). Won't go there again!

im trying to log into call of duty then it says put in a code that we sent on sms oh then theres no code sent to me then i wait 30 mins still no code then i remove my phone number and try to put it back to see if that will work now i cant put in my phone number cause it says that my phone number is not aloud or smth and this happend for 5 YEARSS 5 YEARS yess 5 YEARS and battlenet is getting away with an actual scam maybe would be richer if you made it instead of phonenumber its email have you ever thought about no cause battlenet loves scamming you
