I am a uk host . Recently got a last minute 2 day booking for my house. Guest was new to VRBO but I assumed the I’d had been verified. Guest checked out 2 days later having thrown a massive drugs party. House totally trashed, doors ripped off hinges, thousands of pounds worth of damage. Reported to VRBO but they are not responding to me at all . Their vetting / verification of this guest failed me and they are not willing to engage with me at all. No level of damage deposit I could have reasonable charged the guest would have covered the damage caused. VRBO simply don’t care . I will have to pursue them through court for their lack of vetting on this guest. So frustrating using their system , impossible to actually speak to anyone who will deal with my case. Avoid avoid avoid this company .

In the Design Reviews group, for example, I witnessed users regularly bashing others, mocking their efforts, and providing nothing of value. These trolls seem to take pleasure in targeting anyone who genuinely seeks advice, turning what should be a supportive community into a toxic battleground. Their poor language, lack of maturity, and inability to engage in logical debate make it obvious they’re not professionals.The kinder and more respectful your approach, the harsher the trolling becomes. Imagine what this environment could do to a young person trying to learn and grow. If they succeeded in driving me—a 50-year-old professional—nuts, how would a teenager cope? LG customer service is a nightmare! They promised to call me back on 3 different occasions and NEVER called! Don't believe them! Every time you call, it will be to a different rep. Who ever answers will give the runaround between not getting, or waiting for more info from the repair shop that they recommended, or their own TCC (tech center). They have no pride nor shame...

So many products were sold out and not in store. Went there for a specific pot for a plant but it was sold out. As I walked around the warehouse, it was evident that many products simply were not in store. I wasted time and money going.

GREAT collection of live channels. If you are a soccer fan like me, add Paramount+ and Peacock for European soccer for a few extra bucks and you are all set!One thing to know is that if you want to use Hulu w/ Live TV while traveling, you need to update your home location, and you can do this only 4 or 5 times per year. On another note, the user interface takes a couple more clicks to join a live TV channel, but this is a small thing. Overall five stars.Beyond this I have had a great experience getting support when needed. "Mary A" from customer service was exceptionally helpful and clearly cares about assisting people. She is the reason I am writing this review today!

No one knows what is going on with this company. You ask one Customer Service member something they tell you an answer and then another one says something totally different. It’s genuinely a huge waste of time to go through these people. On top of that after our customer service member asking me about the situation with my package and me asking if it would be possible for the driver to call as I’m still being enrolled in the intercom system, the answer was yes did the driver call me the following day after they missed my first pack package drop off. No! That would be too good to be true. So now I’m on waiting on my third package drop off before the package possibly get sent back to the shipper in another state in the middle of the country for basically no reason. Extremely infuriating. I highly expect that Amazon will take over the world with this type of Customer Service And care. Absolutely atrocious to be quite honest. I never usually order anything through any other shipper because Amazon is the most reliable and they’re shipping which is not even technically a shipping company to be quite honest is better than most of these other mailing companies. If Amazon continues to expand the way, it does to be honest they’ll probably just take over the mailing industry at some point too because this is probably one of the worst service I’ve experienced in the last decade of ordering equipment and materials online. Just straight up infuriating.

She kept us updated every step of the way & made the whole process from start to finish really easy. She was very polite, professional & informative, nothing was too much trouble for her.
