No one knows what is going on with this…

No one knows what is going on with this company. You ask one Customer Service member something they tell you an answer and then another one says something totally different. It’s genuinely a huge waste of time to go through these people. On top of that after our customer service member asking me about the situation with my package and me asking if it would be possible for the driver to call as I’m still being enrolled in the intercom system, the answer was yes did the driver call me the following day after they missed my first pack package drop off. No! That would be too good to be true. So now I’m on waiting on my third package drop off before the package possibly get sent back to the shipper in another state in the middle of the country for basically no reason. Extremely infuriating. I highly expect that Amazon will take over the world with this type of Customer Service And care. Absolutely atrocious to be quite honest. I never usually order anything through any other shipper because Amazon is the most reliable and they’re shipping which is not even technically a shipping company to be quite honest is better than most of these other mailing companies. If Amazon continues to expand the way, it does to be honest they’ll probably just take over the mailing industry at some point too because this is probably one of the worst service I’ve experienced in the last decade of ordering equipment and materials online. Just straight up infuriating.
