I have a chance to review g2.com myself after writing reviews for them, and I give it 1* simply because they don't value or reward genuine reviews posted, but simply reject them time after time, so no thank you, I am not going to write reviews for you anymore.
Review of eventbrite
Bought tickets in Dec 19 for an event in May 20 was pushed back to May 21, due to covid. The organiser has now gone into liquidation. Eventbrite refusing refund as apparently I do not fall into the criteria they state. Very clever Eventbrite!!!! No contact details or complaint dept details on website. Gave a 1 star only because I had to. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN ABSOLUTE CON MERCHANTS WHAT A WAY TO MAKE MONEY OFF THE BACK OF OTHERS MISFORTUNE!!!!

Bad experience trying to sign up for internet service. They wanted to run a credit check for internet service. Only request for Credit Check that Ive ever been ask for was loans and electrical providers. Not for ISP or even cable service. I gave them my drivers license number but not good enough. Argued over chat, then they got their supervisor and they ask my name and phone number and before I could reply they disconnect chat. Talk about a bad omen.

These people are like all government regulatory bodies - just a bunch of drones sitting round doing next to nothing to pay their mortgages or rent.Every time I ever complain to them they DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!Today I complained yet again about a Fillipino Travel Company called ByahePinoy, who constantly send me spam text messages. I've complained to the company at least twice before and I've reported them to the ICO about 4 times on their silly little online form and even phoned the ICO. So today I called yet again to complain and they said they needed EVIDENCE that I had 'written' to them or a recording of my telephone conversations with them in order to actually get off their backsides and do something.The ICO - A Complete Waste of Space. Actually looking at all the other reviews I see that I'm saying the same as almost everybody else!

Called for assistance with a flat tire. Was told that a driver would be arriving in an hour. I was told that ironically, a service provider was located one block away. I waited two hours, and called the service center for an update. Apparently, I had fallen thru the cracks - three hours waiting and no driver as of yet. Horrible experience, and I have been a member for 20 years. I’m second guessing my membership.

We used Lyft to get to and from Disney in Orlando. After our return journey, our driver made a completely fictitious complaint that we had dropped a yoghurt pot in the back seat and we were charged an extra $80 for cleaning. It was a total lie but the Lyft customer services team refused to accept our complaint and we've been charged.

Absolutely zero regard for their customers’ statutory consumer rights. I’ve made successful payment dispute claims for cancelled flights and hotels with both Barclays and Lloyds. With them you can speak to a case handler or payment disputes department and explain the details of your case which is seamless and swift.With Amex, my transaction evidence seemingly goes to a faceless department that act as adjudicators with absolute authority to ignore case details. The merchant can send Amex a blank piece of paper and Amex would decide in the favour of the merchant. It’s truly baffling and now I have given up after losing £500+.Regarding offers, beware of the T&Cs. They’ll reel you in with headline offers but there’s always a catch somewhere in the small print to ensure you don’t get a penny credited to your account.
