Charged $80 for fake mess

We used Lyft to get to and from Disney in Orlando. After our return journey, our driver made a completely fictitious complaint that we had dropped a yoghurt pot in the back seat and we were charged an extra $80 for cleaning. It was a total lie but the Lyft customer services team refused to accept our complaint and we've been charged.
