Not able to access my account to pay my credit card bills. This happened in the last 3-4 weeks . Never had a problem for the last 20 years.Have been in touch with Customer service. Have been in touch with Tech.site.Getting in touch with both these departments has been a nightmare.No one at the Macys store in Broward Mall has been able to provide any concrete assistance.WHAT A MESS. WHAT HAS GOING ON WITH MACYS AND NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!
