I have mixed emotions about Live Chat because this evening I experienced good and not so good. Not sure why it would not let me see the box to put my comments in, but we finally got it working when it finally let me reply. The agent was courteous and very helpful. We found the problem and got everything fixed, and I am pleased. DepositPhotos people have always been friendly, courteous and very helpful. And that is appreciated.
