Hootsuite

Hootsuite, while simple in its interface, is only moderately easier than setting up your own internal system, and extremely expensive for that purpose. There are frustrating limitations with regard to some implementations (e.g. IG Reels and some scheduling that makes it not as simple as it would ideally be.)For the cost, there needs to be more plug-in implementations with perhaps Canva, or ChatGPT API to suggest specific content with some automated creation with related hashtags etc. Anything that can fill out a schedule with draft content that can then be reviewed and adapted. More 'paint by numbers'.

Ordering online is nothing like…

Ordering online is nothing like shopping in store. You would think with their reputation they would do better. First time I ordered a computer with 24hr delivery, really needed it as mine broke, took a week to arrive. Next ordered some dog food as couldn't get to the store. The box arrived late again and bashed in, I'm surprised there was anything in the box as it was pretty much fully open. I complained to them saying I can send photos of the box as there was no option to attach photos. They took over a month to reply and just said sorry. Followed by another email asking for a review on their customer service. I expect more from a company like this and if I can't get to the store, I won't bother ordering online either.

Good translations but...

Deepl's handling of the Microsoft Store app is just annoying.When I tried to deploy this app through Microsoft Intune, I was met with the error message: “There is no valid current package version for this package.” When I reached out to DeepL for support, the response was even more confusing: “The latest version of the DeepL app can be downloaded for free from (link removed). This is the only official source for desktop apps from DeepL”.If Deepl's official opinion is that the Microsoft Store is not a valid source, why even bother posting it here? IT administrators rely on the Microsoft Store for seamless deployment and management - an unreliable or outdated listing just adds to our headaches.This shows a blatant disregard for enterprise IT workflows and the professional users who need proper support for large-scale deployments. Either keep the store app up to date and fully functional or remove it!

They are very biased and intentionally leaving out important information. They constantly write in favour of their investments, without even hiding it. Basically FUD-sters and liers. And don't get me started on their quasi professionals. And what they do is against every decency, they remove comments!!! Who does that??? I Understand when there is bad language and so on, but when people (and that happened constantly) argued against your articles with valid points, you just delete all the comments and repost the article! Who the hell does that???!!

This is my first time using my recently purchased AAA membership! I called for roadside service at 2:30 pm on Friday 12/19/24Im still sitting in my car on the side if the road st 7:30 pm! I have spoke to several reps during this timeframe with mist giving me the same message. ( we are experiencing delays in your area and a driver will call you when on their way! It wasn’t until I was sitting here for over 3 hours that someone told me I could leave the vehicle!

Ripped off/ Scammed "wish.com" On January 23rd 2025 I made…

A week ago on January 23rd 2025 I made my first purchase on wish.com and it was a nightmare. I thought since they sell cheap items that I can get a wheelchair for $185.53. I purchased the wheelchair and waited 3 days for shipping confirmation but the confirmation or tracking never arrived. I sent the seller one email every day asking for tracking or if they ship the item and I got no response even after six emails. I contacted wish.com and they kept telling me to wait so one week went by and they finally realized it was a scam so they said they will refund the money but it has been 2 days and I still do not see the refund. I will most likely contact PayPal because I paid with PayPal credit. Stay away from wish.com or you will get scammed unless you're buying small items. I have been dealing with TEMU for almost a year now and anything that arrived in the mail that was damaged or wasn't as described, I got a refund for it without a problem and they let me keep the item. AliExpress is okay but I got ripped off for $235 for a video surveillance camera that was not working correctly, one of the camera image was blue and the picture was terrible quality when it was supposed to be 6 megapixel. They also ripped me off for a dash cam for the car, when I got it the screen was so bright even though you turn down the brightness you cannot see anything clearly.

Samsung has turrned into ... STAY AWAY!

Pure scam. Deleting reviews of products. Selling broken top end products that has to go directly for repairs and you have to do the job. No refund, nothing. Also they do not follow their online refund police, they just stop answering you and wait for time to run out.Or they can do this: We only receive sealed packages as return. Even though it was not sealed on delivery... like what the ... ?

"Unknown Error: Sorry, a temporary error has occurred. Please try again in a little while."I follow the directions and get "Error! Error!" as is typical for computers in comedy shows but should not be for a multibillion dollar (if not larger) entity.

The man at the FTC who took my report, stated that it was being filed under bad business practices. He also suggested that I file reports with the BBB and District Attorney's Office. I found out that while the company is located in California, the owner is in the UK so...not sure about the 'American Start-Up' company. Do your research and if you still use them and are disappointed, it's on you. Do you really believe that this many people are complaining because they are happy?BMAC- Thank you for allowing me an opportunity to step back from my anger and re-write a more thoughtful and constructive post. It is odd that you respond here but not on your own social media pages or emails. The funds you have not disbursed or reimbursed are now your gains. Clever business model.
