The man at the FTC who took my report, stated that it was being filed under bad business practices. He also suggested that I file reports with the BBB and District Attorney's Office. I found out that while the company is located in California, the owner is in the UK so...not sure about the 'American Start-Up' company. Do your research and if you still use them and are disappointed, it's on you.
