Truly awful customer service with compassion or empathy, having been a loyal customer and an advocate of the brand for several years, they decided I wasn't paying enough ad hiked the price up by 5 times the amount! having spoken in length with their customer services I was left feeling unworthy as a customer. would not recommend this music app above the other available, I've moved to Amazon Music which is cheaper and far better quality with a huge library.

BBC is a racist & bias network, coverage during this wold cup in Qatar & over many years of unfair coverage on Palestine & illegaly occupied territories, Islamophobia spreading hate against muslims for many tears, it's time people stand up to this and boycott this network in every way possible

I’ve been a loyal Amazon UK customer for years, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered multiple pairs of shoes in different sizes to find the best fit, but a couple of them were bad fitting and unsuitable. Unfortunately, due to personal mental health challenges, I missed the return window by just one day.Despite the items being unused and in original packaging, Amazon’s Executive Complaints Team refused to allow a return or even offer store credit. I was repeatedly referred to their strict policy, and at one point, a customer service agent even hung up on me.I understand retailers have return policies, but many reputable companies make reasonable exceptions for customers in difficult circumstances. The fact that Amazon refused to show even basic flexibility—despite my long history as a loyal customer—is extremely disappointing.I have now escalated my complaint to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards. If you ever need customer support beyond the basics, be prepared for Amazon to hide behind their policies rather than actually help you.

This review is for the customer chat support for an resale item sold as acceptable the delivery packaging would get 5 stars for the Tefal x force 15.60, I already have one in another home & know how they sound and work total price with delivery £94.62 bargin. I expected the appliance may show some previous usage and i was right looked new appart from 2 small dents on the flex wand, after I put it together it made a loud noise and was not sucking. After taking to bits I found the wand was totally blocked with parts of christmas tree and tinsel right in the middle. I could have just sent back but I would have demanded my uk rights for the fact amazon state on the website items are checked and confirmed working, how did they miss this? I cleared the blockage which took just over 1 hr and the machine worked correctly. I contacted Amazon on chat so to advise they need to do better but the basic responc3 was to give the manufacturers details for support, ignoring their own teams miss givings when checking over returned appliances for resale. The parts that are missing will cost £12 i thought amazon would have offered an good will for not costing them in returns and fixing the blockage my self but no they just hide behind the manufacturer contact which is not UK law. The merchant is at fault regardless if the item is resale. I hope someone from resales reads this and understands that they need to be more vigilant before pushing items through quality control without due diligence. May this be a lesson to you bad reviews for doing a bad job.

Review of samsung
The wife ordered direct from Samsung a new Washing Machine which was advertised as being Next Day delivery, so we placed our order paid the next day delivery fees, it took us to a calendar to select the delivery date so we selected the next day which was 24th May 2024, it all went through and we received a confirmation e-mail confirming delivery date and purhcase etc. We later got an e-mail stating delivery date of 24th as requested but it also stated we would hear about my order in a few days, so we contacted Samsung via the online chat to check on the status and explaining the confusing e-mail re the few days comment and delivery date still stating 24th, they looked it up and confirmed that the delivery date was on target for 24th. This morning we got up and checked my order status to be certain and low and behold they have now changed my delivery to 30th May, which is absolutely no good to us and goes against the delivery date their own system offered. We am now told by SAMSUNG that we cannot cancel the order we will have to refuse delivery on 30th and we will have to wait for the refund, thus leaving us with no machine this is beyond disgusting in this day & age of technology! Payments are taken quick enough but always delayed to refund. Even our credit card company are of little help stating it will take at least 5 days to obtain the refund from them. we am beyond angry with these companies that mess us customers about and get away with it every time. DO NOT BUY from SAMSUNG as they LIE and hold your money hostage! We would accept a day or 2 at most delay for unforseen circs, but a week later is not acceptable and hardly unforeseen, they're just not bothering to ensure their online systems are actually up to date on their actual delivery capabilities! order ref: UK240523-29438527

Would have given three stars but their online only customer service is not good either. Got charged for wait time when they sent the driver to the opposite side of a busy street (& the driver never responded to my calls or text), got charged for black car service even though I did not request it and ended up in a beat up old Prius. Once again had to wait longer as my first car canceled at the last minute. Tried to address issues online to no avail. Would have been cheaper, quicker, and easier to have taken a cab sitting in front of me from the start. So much for loyalty to Lyft.

Words cannot describe how bad this company is nor can they describe how angry I am - and I'm only out £100 whilst it looks like others are owed £1,000's! I tried to withdraw my crypto to another wallet that I trust and was told no. I then sold my crypto into GBP and tried to withdraw to my bank and was told no. It says I have to make a deposit first but I already made a deposit when I put the original funds in to buy the crypto!? So how does it make sense I need to now deposit in order to withdraw!? They are criminals and the owners need locking up - 5 star reviews must be bots they have bought because how anyone has had a good experience on this app is beyond me.
