Facebook is the most corrupt business…

Facebook is the most corrupt business that I have ever seen. Please becurful I hacked from an email that came from Facebook server (Facebookmail.com) and the hackers remove my 2 factor authentication. There is no way that someone can do this unless is working in Facebook or Facebook got hacked. When they see this situation they easily ignore you. The customer service dosent do anything although I have verified badge. I am looking for doing the legal action about them. I only spend 98k on my one ad for my business and they don't care.

Mold infestation on my initial AND replacement item

I have had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience. I feel compelled to share this to warn potential buyers from buying anything at all from Wayfair, as I’m sure this has to do with their warehouse conditions.Upon receiving the a chaise I ordered, I discovered it was heavily infested with mold. This was not a minor issue—there was a significant amount of mold posing a severe health risk. I immediately contacted Wayfair's customer service and, after some communication, they arranged for a replacement (after telling me I should seek medical assistance for "my injury" ???).Unfortunately, the replacement was ALSO infested with mold, identical to the original item. Despite Wayfair telling me that the replacement would undergo quality control, no health certification or proof of quality control was provided.Throughout this ordeal, the customer service experience has been frustrating. Despite clear documentation of the mold issue (including photos and detailed descriptions), Wayfair's response has been repetitious and inadequate. The repeated health hazard and significant oversight in quality assurance are deeply concerning.I mean, the least they could do is give proper disclosure that they’re selling mold-infested furniture. Otherwise, doesn’t it violates consumer protection laws?I am extremely disappointed the handling of this issue by Wayfair. I urge potential buyers to be cautious and consider this review before making a purchase from Wayfair. Safety should be a priority.

Do not use this site, it is like a ghetto version of eBay. And if you receive an item like I did that does not work you have to jump threw a ton of hoops to get a refund and take it to USPS! Just a mix of really weird low end used items. Unless you need a specific vintage radio stick with eBay I know I will.

It’s absolutely horrible that your company is not making exceptions beyond June 30th. We have a vacation booked through you in August. Due to the current situation happening across the country my interest was in cancelling this vacation because we have either lost our jobs, cannot afford it and out of sheer panic to travel. This virus obviously will not go away in a day and our lives will not be the same. I spent almost $7,000 on a vacation that I will NOT be going on. I am being refused a refund. In any other situation I could understand but this is not my fault, your fault or anyone else’s fault. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I always have issues around Christmas…

I always have issues around Christmas with ASOS, but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered a VANS t shirt as a present.The item was delivered on the 28th November, but I did not receive it and I work from home so know it definitely was not delivered and of course I checked with my neighbours. I made contact on the 7th December to enquire and was told I have to wait until the 12th December whilst 'enquiries were made'. I got an email that day ( today) telling me I can send my item back and with a returns label! Meanwhile my money is sitting in their account contributing towards their profits. I have no present to give and am out of pocket. I won't be giving ASOS another try.

I ordered an item on line and needed to return it as the size was extremely large compared to their size chart. Upon completing the return request it’s revealed that there will be a $10+tax restocking fee deducted from the original amount of your purchase , WTH!!! And why don’t they accept In- store returns for on line purchases like the majority of retailers do? Needless to say I will never order from them again, not only because of their restocking fee, but because their size chart is inaccurate

If I could do 0 stars I would!!! Withheld my money for almost 7 months - must have spoken to and messaged around 100 people to get it back - including some AI bots they have replaced humans with. The customer service is not there and I would never bank with them again and have deterred everyone I know away from them.They only gave me my money back after I put it on Facebook as they were scared of bad reviews.

Shortcomings outweigh the advantages

Obvious advantage of MEGA is that it can sync individual folders located on different disks (almost all cloud storage softwares require moving all synced files into a single folder and this is extremely inconvenient). Another excellent feature is that it shows you what files it is currently syncing and shows you a log of recently synced files (many other softwares operate in a completely non-transparent manner, so a user is completely out of control of what’s happening). Compared to other cloud storage softwares, it uploads files quickly. Now about unpleasant things that make MEGA problematic. First, it adds ‘desktop.ini’ file into each synced folder. Other softwares can “somehow” work without this. Second, files deleted/overwritten in a synced folder get moved to a hidden (!) folder called ‘.rubbish’ (in Windows) located inside (!) each local synced folder. As a result, your synced folders became full of garbage while you may be unaware of this because it is hidden! Third, it eats cloud storage very quickly due to either versioning or moving files to rubbish bin. If you work with large autosaving files (for example, OneNote files), your cloud storage will be expended quickly. There is no acceptable combination of software settings to prevent this – obviously, MEGA creates a situation when you’ll need to upgrade your plan with more cloud storage. No, girls, this doesn’t work in my case ;θ) Customer support is not too fast and asks you a lot of irrelevant questions (what operating system? what version? what browser? mobile or desktop? web or app? take a screenshot or record a video etc.) instead of focusing on your straightforward question. After testing MEGA for two weeks, my decision was to uninstall MEGA and forget about it.
